Still early days - have been trying to cut back on bread intake! Like the crumpet/bagel setting. Toast them briefly both sides first, then just one side. Seems to toast bread more on the inside when doing only one slice, haven't tried 2 at a time yet. Looks good on the bench.

Every toaster we have had for the last 20 years has been poorly made and lasts about 2 years. This includes expensive and trendy models. This toaster is compact with all needed options and toasts evenly and according to the gauge

The toaster looks great in my kitchen,however I am dissapointed that to toast both sides I have to wait until the toast pops up turn it around then toast again.Ihave found that glich with every toaster I have owned alas! the Delonghi is the same,looks great on my bench though.

Perfect little toaster! Got this after a cheap toaster I had short circuited our electricity. This not only looks good, has great settings for how you want your tast to be toasted and if you like it to be extra crunchy!

This toaster looks great, but doesn’t cook evenly. One side of the toast will be hardly cooked, and the other is nice a brown. But disappointed as it’s not a cheap toaster
We purchased this a a replacement for the same product which we had for 6 years. So far it works well, except that when toasting is finished the spring-loaded ejector sends the toast up in the air & onto the bench top or the floor. It will probably weaken with use & operate acceptably.
Yes the toaster looks good, but is absolute rubbish. The finish was coming off and after 4 years it isn't working. There are only 2 of us and the toaster hasn't had an exorbitant amount of use.The toaster won't stay down now, so we have to buy another one, and it won't be a Delonghi.
Looks nice, but tends to burn the toast easily. My heat setting sits very close to the lowest setting and I still need to watch that I don't have to do a manual pop-up to stop it over-toasting. The spring mechanism pops the toast very high also, so you need to be standing over it with a hand to stop it jumping onto the floor.
Toasts bread fine. No really fancy features. Fits a standard slice of bread but if you want any strange shapes buy something with longer slots. Unfortunately they are hard to find these days.
