This is a gorgeous looking kettle with a brushed silver surface- it looks very stylish on the kitchen bench. It boils water pretty quickly and the power base is separate from the kettle itself. The lid is not a flip top lid so you need to remove it fully to fill the kettle. Very happy with this kettle and it is a great price.

Bought this as our old kettle was on its last legs, and this happened to be on a special. Couldn’t go wrong on the price, the colour was a perfect match for our layout, and it’s been extremely good. Fairly quiet operation, and very good construction. Good quality metal, for now, and very well laid out instructions to maintain this without much hassle. Highly recommend this brand.

The kettle looks good (I like the grey finish), and does the job. Slightly slower to heat compared to my last kettle (Morphy Richards) and is quite noisy (not an issue if you're not trying to watch your tv on low-normal volume). Cleans well, and chord wraps with ease to tuck it away and keep it looking tidy on the bench. Worth the sale price, not sure if I could say the same for full price.

Great looking kettle (the grey finish looks fantastic on my bench). Boils water as it is designed to do. The outside of the kettle does get quite hot so keep that in mind. Overall very happy with my purchase.
Happy with my purchase of the Icona 1.7L Kettle. The sleek design and silver finish complements my kitchen bench nicely. It boils efficiently and isn't too noisy.
Love this kettle! Works perfect and fully stainless steel - which is one of the main reasons I purchased it. There is however a small filter at the top where the frame plastic and the the heat measuring part which is concelead so I’m pretty happy with this purchase. Highly recommend it for those who are keen on buying a kettle! Totally worth it :)
Love the brushed stainless steel. Smart design; quiet boil and pours smoothly. The lid is stiff to pull off and you cant really fill from spout. Maybe too hard for arthritic hands. Needs some force to put lid on. Otherwise love it.
I replaced a simple Sunbeam electric kettle with this more attractive kettle and I'm delighted with the look. The black, shiny silver and matte silver work nicely together. The shape of the kettle gives it a distinctive look, melding traditional and contemporary.However, although it meets my expectations for functionality, it has a couple of minor downsides. For quick refilling, the trigger lid on my previous kettle was preferable, and I find that it's necessary to fill the kettle more than a kettle with a narrower base to ensure the minimum level - a trivial matter, but it means waiting a little longer to boil water for a cup of tea.I'm very happy with my purchase, but after just a short period of use, it's the look I like best.

I am absolutely loving this kettle. I've had it for 3 years now and I'm really impressed. Relatively quick to boil and not too loud. It's is great quality and solid structure with a comfortable grip and easy to pour handle.It looks so stylish on my kitchen bench!Highly recommended.
