I use these for my husband as a booster for incontinence pants! Great for night time and heavy incontinence. They are narrow enough to fit inside the pant and not cause any leakages at the sides and can be replaced so that the pant stays drier longer.

When the Depend guards were not available I was in real trouble as any other brand was inefficient and expensive. I suffer from severe incontinence since 2008. Depend guards and pull up underwear are my life saviours.

I bought this product online and wasn't sure if it would be suitable. I have an incontinence issue after surgery and have found this product excellent for daily use. They are a snug fit inside supportive underwear and absorb more than advertised. Highly recommended.
