When my scalp become itchy and dry (I think I was using apple cider vinegar cleaners too frequently), this product helped soothe my scalp and make it feel normal again. For a few weeks, I would apply a super generous amount all over my scalp (dry hair) usually the day/night before a wash. It instantly feels cool, tingly and soothing. The smell is also not offensive; just herbally.Also, although the product doesn't advertise this, I found it really helps soothe a mildly sunburned scalp.Bottle seems to last awhile for how I used it.

I love this product by the Derma E company. It really has helped with relieving my scalp irritation and itchiness without making my hair oily, which is important because I have sensitive skin. I feel my scalp and hair are more moisturized. The size is a bit small, but the contents are amazing and the scent is great. I would buy it again. I have used it in the morning and at night. The composition is excellent and healthy, in my humble opinion. It has benefited my overall health by decreasing the itchiness of my scalp.

I have scalp dermatitis and I struggle with diffuse hair loss (from unknown causes, doctors don’t even know why) and so I struggle knowing what to use on my scalp to help it stay calm. I have to use all natural ingredients with no fragrance because my scalp will burn, itch, and get bumps so easily. This serum has been really amazing so far!! You can see when my hair is oily/greasy and using this on my scalp while my hair is damp after washing didn’t leave any look like that! It has a super cooling and refreshing feeling, I’m scared to use it too often so I’m going to use it once a week-2 weeks and see how that works for me. I’ll make an updated review if anything changes but so far it keeps my scalp from my symptoms!!!

Ive previously used that brown gel shampoo but that dries out my hair so horribly that ive been on the hunt for something new. After applying this to my scalp (after washing while my hair was still damp) I felt intense cooling - honestly almost burning cooling but my scalp was in such bad shape it was a welcome change from itchy. It was easy to apply by just dragging the dropper across my scalp then spreading the product throughout with my fingers. I started getting really bad dandruff and no shampoos were reallynworking for me, some helped but there was always flakes and they usually came back within 24 hours. After looking at the reviews i got this and oh. my. god. I woke up and not a single flake was on my head and this was literally after the first use. I have been also using a scalp scrubber in the shower which i just started too so i think these two things combined have saved my life. This has also made my hair feel better. A little goes a long way. When i saw no flakes i really almost started crying
I have psoriasis in my scalp of all places. Been suffering for years to find relief. I have a prescription that helps but it makes my hair look oily and dirty so I put it on before bed. This stuff gets me through the day!!! The smell is a little strong if you don't like the smell of tea tree but it so so worth the relief you get for a dry, itchy scalp. It moisturizes without making my hair look greasy . The menthol feels so refreshing, and the tea tree oil helps to keep the scalp oils at bay. I also get a patch of eczema on my scalp, and the neem oil in this helps soothe it. A hairdresser I used to go to recommended plain neem oil for my itchy scalp, but the smell is too much for me to use it. This serum seems to contain enough neem oil (it's the 9th ingredient after all, and they say if an active is within the first 10 ingredients, it should have enough to be effective). This product doesnt leave your hair oily or weighted down. In past couple years I've started to get a dry scalp from time and time. I've struggled to find a product that is effective but not a ointment. I've only been using it for 2 days and I'm already seeing results! The tingling is refreshing and it literally feels like your scalp is being renewed. I feel a decrease in itching and will continue to use this everyday. Definitely feeling like my hair is way healthier. Totally recommend!

Hoping DermaE's product would be better, I tried it. First, I liked that I could apply it with a dropper and had more control of how much I was applying. The product worked instantly!
