Desitin Nappy Rash Ointment 100 G

This is what my child’s paediatrician recommended for diaper rash. We tried Himalaya diaper rash but was of no use. The rash was so bad that the skin fell off. That’s when we thought let’s order Desitin for diaper rash even if it’s costly. After using it the effect was instantaneous and the rash disappeared quickly and my child was happy. Now coming to the cost effectiveness. This rash cream is twice the price of Himalaya diaper rash cream but the amount you need to apply is way less than what is needed in other rash cream. Even a small amount applied spreads to larger surface area. So in fact it’s cheaper than other rash cream. And it works wonders. So thumbs up for this and go get it

Really amazing for sensitive bottoms in ABDL diapers. The diaper paste holds well between the cheeks and around the butt so no chafing in diapers. The barrier and sealing the cream has is amazing even despite having poopy/messy diapers or pee soaked diapers. Thought the paste was a little too thick and stays on the hands after applying but that just means it’s working better on the diaper area. Attaching a pic of 12 hours and no chafing in my diaper. Desitin diaper cream is the best!

I used to use this on my boys when they were in diapers 11 and 10 years ago my 10 year old would get a butt rash all the time and this seemed to help back then. My 17 month old daughter has had a yucky tummy the past few days she's had a couple blow-outs 😬 this has caused her to get a really bad rash her whole bottom is just spots of bright red angry looking skin. It happened so fast and it's causing the skin to break open and bleed ugh it's just awful I feel so bad for her! I put this on her, kept her diaper off for a bit to air dry her bottom, applied throughout the day, more air drying, made sure to keep a dry diaper on her and then applied the paste before bed hoping it would be a little better the next day... It was worse! Over a year ago, I pretty much ruined my skin. It became extremely rough, dry, thickened, irritated, etc from accidentally using a product with an exfoliant too often. I’ve tried so many things to repair my skin, but nothing has worked. I’m always being told to just use a cream and layer an ointment over it. This never worked for me. Even the thickest ointments seem to dry out and spread everywhere but the spot I need it on. A little over a week ago, I decided to try using this product as my occlusive rather than an ointment, and the results have been amazing. What I do is shower, massage a mixture of cream and ointment into my skin, and apply a layer of this over it after it’s sat on my skin for a minute. This has worked better than any traditional occlusive method I’ve ever used. This Desitin Zinc Oxide Cream is smooth when applying on the skin, feels lightweight and comfortable, but sticks to the skin, and forms a FAR superior barrier than a petroleum ointment such as Cerave, Aquaphor, or Vasoline. As a result, this product really helps deliver other topical products into your skin, as any good occlusive emollient should. Plus. Zinc Oxide is great for healing skin. I’ve had long time skin cracks that have healed in just a few days.
