It all has been made possible by the Deuter Aircontact innovative backsystem. The main feature of the backsystem is its spring-steel X-frame, which transfers the load evenly and effectively. In addition, the shoulder straps, hip belts with Pull-Forward construction, chest strap and load adjustment straps provide secure and perfectly balanced fit. What ́s more, the new backsystem guarantees fantastic ventilation, which has been achieved by using special foam cushions within the Aircontact system. Combined with perfectly thoughtful design, the backpack guarantees hikers ́ highest demands. Apart from the base compartment, the trekking backpack has a spacious and extendible lid pocket, which provides additional volume and can be transformed with the front belt in a daypack. In addition, there is separate double bottom compartment, stretch inner compartment for storing wet/sweaty clothing, and special pocket in the inside of the backpack to keep your valuables safe. The backpack also features large elastic side pockets, and spacious zipper pockets on hip fins. Other characteristics are ice axe attachment, walking pole holder, loops for helmet holder and compression straps. The backpack is compatible with 3.0 litre drinking system.
