This is a plant-based vitamin. And as far as I can tell it is appropriate for adults. I really like this multivitamin because it has iron and it's great if you tend to be anemic or your diet lacks iron. The main thing that this vitamin lacks, especially if you're 50+, is vitamin D3 for bone health. I have to take additional D3 and Omega-3 supplements in addition to this multi. I'd recommend looking at the specific vitamins and minerals in the multivitamin to see if it meets your needs and fills in the gaps that your diet might have. Hope that helps!

Well known and trustworthy brand. Made from quality ingredients. Outstanding value. I highly recommend it if looking for a complex multivitamin. Also, (because it is made for plants) it is completely vegan friendly. If you already eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, still give the necessary support for your body. That is the only plant-based multivitamin when, after a few weeks of usage, really able to observed energy, performance and mood boost.
