Water cool is poor cheap nasty quality. The water isn’t very cold at all. This isn’t worth the month and it’s not cold enough to make you cool down. This is a rip off cheap version. I only have used the cooler section, I hate to think how hot the water would be. This shows you just how much MYDEAL sell rubbish products, the information on the website is completely useless and it’s not lived up to the actual price or written details. I believe this has been false advertising. 😒🤦‍♀️🤬 Do not waste you funds. My water is stored in a cool place, I’ve used the water to the filter part and I’ve ordered water and the filter isn’t working properly either! I’ll be demanding a refund to reporting this unit…

Very nice! A bit of confusion because it came with two separate courier but it shown order completed when there were missing parts. Anyway it was fixed. The water dispenser was very useful; very convenient to have cold and hot water now, no weird taste

Devanti 22L Water Cooler

This is a great water cooler. We've had two this is our 2nd. Its good having two options Hot or Cold water. We use it mostly for Cold water. We have been able to use the hot water for cuppa teas - surprisingly it comes out hot enough to do so also for cuppa soups ect. It does have a safety button for the hot water so little ones can't get to it. The cold water stays nice and cold as if it were coming out of the fridge. However the bottom is not a fridge it's just shelving to hold cups/ tea bags, etc. Our first water cooler had a fridge at the bottom. The fridges do come in Handy. I would say that's the only downside to this water cooler. I wish it was a fridge down below not just shelving. There are no sharp edges and it's Easy to use.

Installation and assembly instructions are very vague and poorly presented in brochure. Cooler started leaking after water tanks were filled. Compressor motor is very noisy. Due to the leaks, I don't trust to turn chiller or water heater on. Push button water dispensers are very poorly made and are spring operated. They are not taps. This is not a quality product.

Good Water Cooler!

Love being able to filter normal tap water through the cooler. Delivery was great and boxes were light weight. Love the convenience, easy use and access to clean water. A slight concern and it may be due to user error but sometimes after 2 or 3 glasses the cold water can be back to room temperature so it's not always instantly cold. Also trying to find if the storage compartment at the bottom of the cooler is meant to be like a mini fridge or just storage. Apart from that it works well just wish the cold water was instantly cold as it comes out the taps and didn't require cooling and wish we could speed up the water that comes out of the taps as it can be a little slow.

Not cool Unhappy

I've owned the brand new Devanti Water Cooler for about 3 months. At first it was great filtered cool water being dispensed & instant hot water if I needed it tho I never used the hot, After about 6 weeks the green light stayed on & then it stopped dispensing cool water, I found a sight to help with re-set instructions which I carried out & unit worked again for a couple of days. Now no matter what I do after endless re-sets, it still doesn't cool. Still waiting for a response from their contact site. Very unhappy.

Ok water cooler....

The water cooler is ok but not the best on the market. The capacity of cooled water is limited to approx. 500ml. After this usage, the water is luke warm and the unit starts up again for another 15 mins (with a loud fan) to cool another amount of water. Not that energy efficient. I've turned the hot water feature off as we don't require it. Its ok but I've had better brand units before.

Small water dispenser

For its size its easily fitted into small spaces. Water isnt cold enough or enough of it cooled. We dont use the hot water side at all. For the price its everything that was advertised. Would I buy another one? Probably, but Id get a bigger one. I cannot fault the service given to us. I ordered it one day and 3 working days later it was delivered on Christmas Eve to an exceptionally full house!

Super Easy hot or cold water

This is a great product. We have limestone in our water and drinking the water makes crystal-like stuff coming out of my eyes overnight. Since drinking the filtered water for a couple of weeks my eyes are a lot better. The only complaint is my partner wishes the hot water was a little hotter. But it is fine for me. We had a hot water dispenser that sat on the counter but the condensation dripped down so it sat in a puddle. This unit is so much better because it is truly instant. Great for tea, coffee, dry soup packs, cup of noodles etc. Great for the whole family.
