Loved this for most part; a bolt for the door is broken, so it keeps catching on the door when opening, so makes it hard to pull and feels like ill break it, and a really loud snapping sound once it gets off the bolt . . . Also on hot, it ended up leaking

It took awhile for the water to taste ok..but one it did..it has been great I don't have much bench space so have also been able to put the kettle away...it's just so convenient to have the cooler for both hold and cold...so for me the value for money is 5 stars....it's such a great product..and it was so really priced..would highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting one.

I am loving this water dispenser! Convenient cold water straight from the tap and hot water for coffees etc (no boiling the jug). I have 15L bottles from a local spring water company that fit perfectly into the dispenser. I would definitely recommend this product. (Tip - make sure you run lots of water through it before first use to get rid of the plastic smell/taste).
Water doesn’t come out all that cold.You have to Pearce the bottles before putting them on as the machine itself doesn’t have a spike in it like other machines I have used.I would not buy this product again.
For its size its easily fitted into small spaces. Water isnt cold enough or enough of it cooled. We dont use the hot water side at all. For the price its everything that was advertised. Would I buy another one? Probably, but Id get a bigger one. I cannot fault the service given to us. I ordered it one day and 3 working days later it was delivered on Christmas Eve to an exceptionally full house!
The water comes through very slow, it takes ages to cool down & although we are only on the 1st bottle the water has come through tasting quite plastic-y.
