It was hard to find a slim rubbish bin that is easy to unload. Very happy with this! You may want to ensure that the batteries are fitted in firmly as the lock mechanism for the battery component is a bit flimsy - other than that is great.

My Devanti 45L Motion Sensor Bin is the best thing I have bought for years, every time I go to her she immediately opens her mouth(lid) and asks to be fed. With this self opening and closing lid, I have NO flies going in and leaving me surprises. I have since recommended it to a few of my friends and they have bought her as well. If you need a kitchen tidy well go no further the Devanti 45L Motion Sensor Bin is the way to go. Top product.

Love this bin! The sensor did stop working on the 1st one and the bin was replaced. The second one has been working fantastically. Makes everything easier!

The best rubbish bin ever bought. Love the sensor opening, it makes life much easier. No smell in the kitchen anymore and you can use smaller rubbish bags as well, because they are held in place by a frame at the top. Love it. However, the price is ridiculous. We're talking a rubbish bin here, not a car. Should be cheaper.

Automatic bin.

This bin is actually fabulous!Definitely one of the most handy items we have purchased for our kitchen so far!My whole family loves it.In fact my mother was visiting recently and would now like to order one herself!We used to go through bins quite often when the foot pedal would eventually break from over use. This one is so handy with the automatic sensor.It’s also so helpful when I’m cooking to wave my hand in front of the sensor so the lid opens when I have dirty hands.Definitely recommend this product.

Clean, quiet and very automatic.

I hate going to a bin with a bowl and scraper and having no hands free to open the bin. This new bin is so quick and easy to use - no hands needed! We did not want a bin in a cupboard as first you have to open the cupboard and then open the bin lid. When finished you have to close the bin lid and the cupboard door. 4 actions. With our new Devanti no hands are needed. Very happy!

Decent quality, effective automatics sensor

The sensor bin was a replacement for a much more expensive pedal bin where the pedal bracket finally failed after many years of service. Was skeptical about the sensor bin but at the price it was worth a try. The bin is attractive, easy to clean and the sensor works as exactly it should. The capacity may be a bit small for a larger household but it works very both in terms of indoor footprint and for our apartment trash chute.

Hands free sensor bin

Great bin. Love this size.. My friend has the larger model and wishes she bought this 45litre number instead. Makes cooking processes so much easier. Hands free disposal of rubbish and waste.

It works!

I was looking for a replacement sensor bin for the kitchen when the one I was given broke after 2 years. Bought one from BigW - sensor malfunctioned, lid stayed up and eventually just kept opening and closing on its own! Got rid of that and replaced it with this one - I really like it. It's quiet, responsive (when you get used to it) and the back is neatly tucked in so its out of sight and doesn't get lost when you go to change the bag. It's a generous size, and very easy to keep clean. If your looking for a sensor bin, give this one a go.

So far, I'm loving it!

This lovely little sensor bin is the perfect addition to my new place. It's easy to set up, the sensor isn't too sensitive that it goes off too often, and it's very easy to change bags when they've been filled. I'm very happy with the purchase.
