This water cooler came defective...the hot tap component does not heat water (water flows out but it is room temperature). I am still in the process of trying to remedy this issue however it is a long process requiring videos showing the lack of hot water :S Hopefully, it is a one-off and I am sent a working replacement soon. I will update the review if this is the case.

Great unit, the inside water tank could be a but larger. Instructions are not clear, especially the filter they don't tell you the filters need to be washed several times. It takes a couple of days for the water to taste clean. Other than that I am very happy and can recommend. Fir the price I can't complain. Delivery was reasonably fast, only problem if gets delivered at different times. I bought 4 units and am still waiting for 1 more component. Uts been 3 weeks

Hot water is hot but cold is barely colder than tap water, and even that doesn't fill a bottle. Service from seller was deplorable. Will NEVER buy from them again. I have unsubscribed to MyDeal emails about 4 times and I’m still receiving them. I thought this was illegal. Please rectify this or I will report you.!

Great product. I haven’t used the hot water function but the cold water function is great- very chill h2o. It would be preferable if the water came out a little faster but still a good buy.

Absolutely, without doubt, one of the best investments I've ever made. We live in an area with dusty tasting water and we're spending so much money on bottled drinking water! This water purifier leaves the water tasting absolutely pristine and perfectly chilled. The best thing is we just top it up with tap water. It is perfect. We use it non stop! I'm even tempted to buy a second one!

So this dispenser has just been phenominal. Pros: It looks sleek and attractive Hot/Cold power switches are conveniently placed Spill Tray/Cup Shelf is wide enough for most coffee mugs or glasses Hot water is hot enough to brew quick coffee or tea Energy Efficient Refridgerated water is VERY cold, normal water is a pleastly cool as well Handles are well placed and easy to transport

I wanted to give this purchase at least a couple of months to ensure my review’s accuracy. Had a little trepidation with some of the negative reviews. Can state emphatically that I’ve had no such issues. Great taste from the very beginning!

Great water cooler for busy family!

Our family was going through several cases of water a week; we bought this to eliminate all the waste we were creating. This is the first water cooler we’ve purchased and we have been happy with it. It was very easy to set up. Water temps are good for hot and cold. We’ve had it for a few weeks, no dripping or leaks. Good purchase for our busy family with 4 kids!

Does what it should, but the cold water isn't really cold enough, the hot water is very hot though, good for coffees etc. The little tray to put cups on is wobbly and is way too narrow so mugs etc can tip off easy... And why does it have a white filter top with a black base? Other than that it works well, and the water tastes clean. Comes with a bunch of extra filter pads, but I have no idea what to do with them, instructions don't mention them and there is nowhere to put them???

It works well, I haven’t used the hot water feature yet but the cooling and filtering works great. You need to get rid of the first litre or two that runs through after its been first set up otherwise the water will taste really weird. But after that its perfectly fine.
