Almost too good to be true. If you bought these 4 pieces separately you will be looking at $1000+ for all of them combined. The 18-54V new Flex Volt battery and charger together are over $500, and this is without the drill and the driver. Also, the drill and the driver included in this kit are the top models, the most powerful and feature-rich brushless tools of this type in DeWalt's arsenal.Fantastic deal, sold my Ryobi driver+drill kit and kept this one.Highly recommended.

I have had many cheap battery operated drills in the past and found they fail after a relatively short period of time so out they went and have been replaced by this quality kit. Real value for money I say.

The kit includes DeWalt's top end impact driver and drill and a flexi-volt battery. Both tools are very powerful and a pleasure to use. I bought an extra 5AH battery to avoid sharing one battery. With the extra battery it still worked out cheaper than kits with equivalently specced tools, but with significantly smaller batteries, from other good brands.
I have these Drill and Driver already and bought this for my dad. Both are excellent. The Flexi Volt battery is probably too big for the drill and better used with tools that use it like a chainsaw or leaf blower. I swapped out one of my smaller batteries and gave this to dad as the drill doesnt need a large battery and is easier to use with a light weight one. This is a great purchase for the value for money, an extremely cheap way to buy both a flexivolt battery and dewalt drill and driver set.
Should have bought them years ago. Out performs my corded drill and I had never use an impact driver before. All very impressive. Brushless amazing and battery lasts amazingly lond
I had a 14v Makita that died and replaced with this set. It's not till you start using that you appreciate how the technology has changed. A few things l've liked so far: It's spring loaded so you can keep light pressure where you need to drill. The lights so you can see where your drilling, the magnetic strip to keep drill bits handy, the hammer drill easily tightens and locks onto drill pieces (handy when you need to latch onto a broken screw to reverse out). My only gripe is this pack only comes with one battery, so I've gone from one drill with two batteries to two drills with one battery - not that handy when you want to use both at the same time..
I had been using cheaper brands for a while for home DIY. Decided to get something decent, my friends use DeWalt in their trades. It has been one of the best purchases I have made in recent times. Some tools are useful, then there's tools like this that are simply indispensable getting jobs done easier, faster and done right. Battery also lasts a very long time with ample power to drive fasteners into wood without pre-drilling etc.
I bought these for building industry use. Torque are enough to push through the job. Good built quality. Would recommend these. Lighter than a few other competitors drill and impact set. They built them thinking.
bought this mainly for the battery which provides plenty of long lasting power. The new brushless skins are an upgrade of the older versions which ive had no issues with, new light feature is great and still performs time and time again. Great value at the price i bought them.
