I've suffered with bad sinus/hayfever all my life. I think I inherited it from my mother and my son does as well. I've tried every product on the market and nothing works. This stuff is amazing. I finally can enjoy life without constantly blocked and sniffing.

This is such a fantastic product. I personally hate nasal sprays but when everything is itchy and you feel terrible, this is the item you want to have available and reach for, for instant relief. No burning or horrid taste down your throat. Brilliant size for carrying with you in pocket or a handbag and has changed my feelings about having to use a spray. Highly Recommend.

Have been buying this for some time. A life saver for a stuffy nose due to allergies, colds and flu. Quick acting and long lasting. Efficent and cheap way of managing blocked nasal passages.

Having the same ingredient does not mean getting the same quality and efficiency. A few brands are using the same ingredient but this one seems to work faster. The pump is also better. You need to press just once.
Used as directed. Nice to be able to breathe comfortably in bed which is where I tend to get a stuffed nose.
I think Dimetapp is one of the best nasal decongestant sprays on the market. The handy refill is fabulous when you are ill and have a blocked nose. A couple of dollars cheaper and you just reuse the pump off an old one. Very effective in relieving a blocked nose and the associated pain.
I use Dimetapp most nights , i spray into each nostril. I need to breath to sleep and this product eases a studded nose and represents the best value around. I buy the spray top when necessary.
Helps my hubby breath and clears out his crappy sinuses, works well. Twin pack is of course better value for money.
This is the only nasal spray I have tried that actually lasts up to 12 hours. Once in the morning and once at night is all that is needed. No spraying in between. It’s also the cheapest compared to other products.
Maybe helps a little but not as well as other brand I used previously. Thought to try as was a better price. May work better on others but I will stay with other brand I think. Hope it helps.
