We have had this heater and have had nothing but problems with it. We have had it for 3 years now and something is always going wrong with it. When we finally get to bottom of problem we end up waiting weeks for parts. We have spent more time with it not working than in working order over the 3 years.

This is the bee's knees. It looks so real and adds such a beautiful warm glow to the house in winter (which is not often in Queensland). I tend to use only the flame effect but the heater also has two settings that are toasty and warm. It adds a fabulous ambiance and cosiness to the house. Unfortunately we are moving but I will be buying another as soon as I can to create the same feel.

The flame effect is fully 3D, glows and is very realistic. It certainly provides the ambiance we were looking for. The ability to operate the flames with or without the integral fan heater is very good. And the heater, when switched on, puts out a lot of heat (but uses lots of electricity in the process).The remote control is a bit strange: you can turn on the flames without the heater, and then turn on the heater any time afterwards.
