Fabulous product. Looks great and is excellent quality. The whole purchase was extremely easy, and Appliances online were superb to deal with. Very happy with the whole process from beginning to end.
I bought this only last week and it comes as one piece which is great. It looks excellent but the noise is very loud. Tested on an app decibel reader and come in around 65db. When it decides to stop blowing because it reaches the temperature set it blows cold air and then turns off. When it is off after being on don't be surprised to hear your ears ringing. A shame for the price and the fact it looks so good.
Elegant looking fire place, flames look very real, only issue the fan heater in the unit is very noisy and is best to just have the flames flickering.

We bought this a few months ago, happy with the look of it but the fan makes so much noise when running it is a shame as it is a nice looking fireplace just disappointed it makes so much noise, is that normal as no one else has complained about it or is ours faulty.
I bought this month ago, had great customer experience with this purchase , right from online order and chat support matching price and finally pick up experience was awesome, with staff helpful in giving hand for pick up.As far as product is concerned it is best electric place can get, it looks awesome without hassle of custom wood work.
