We received our product within a matter of days. It arrived with a fault and the online inquiry staff could not rectify the situation quick enough! (Thank you)Even with the fault, it was love at first sight. The logs look realistic and the fireplace heater and mantle add warmth, character and a bit of romance to the room.

I love that I can have a fireplace without air pollution
It’s really great, we love, love, love it - BUT and only one but, the remote control makes quite a loud beep when turning on/off or changing the settings. It also beeps sometimes when we’re using the tv remote.
