If you’re like me, you like to pull out a Dior beauty product from your Oblique bag in a room full of people and hope that they all see the packaging! Lol But seriously, this is a nice lip balm. It doesn’t last long on the lip, but that just means you get to pull it out even more. It’s amazing to apply while you’re doing your face makeup to make sure your lips are hydrated for your lipstick. It’s a must have!

Super upset with the product and Dior overall. I had a severe allergic reaction to one of their products from this collection and one of the lip products.I contacted Dior and did as they asked. I sent the photos they needed. And I explained to the assistant helping me (on the phone) that my doctor stated to toss the product ASAP. So I explained that to her and she said “no problem, we will get this resolved.” At the end of the conversation over the phone, she responded “somebody would contact me within 48 hours to address my issue. No response from Dior for over a week, and they asked to send back the product after I complained to PayPal. PayPal closed my concern stating I have to send back the product. FINALLY! A brown-toned balm color for all us ghouls who look dead in the endless pink shades that look so hideous on some warm-toned coloring. Yummy soft lips with this & sooo flattering! Love this shade. Just enough color to look good, but not so much it looks obvious when I’m going for a natural look. More like this, please!

I was excited to get a refill lip balm in the iconic 999 red to match and wear under my matte 999 red lipstick. One caveat: be careful not to twist it with the cap on. I accidentally did, causing the tip of the balm to break off on the inside of the cap. Fortunately, the balm still is perfectly usable. I will continue to enjoy wearing this balm under my lipstick for many months.
Everything about this product is a sensory experience. The smell, the texture of the packaging, the product, and the way it melts on application. The soothing circular rhythm to massage it into the nail beds at the end of a nightly routine. It is almost hypnotic. I feel like a chic 1940’s gal, seated on a tapestry covered stool, draped in a thick silk robe. If this product had existed then, I’m sure they would’ve adored it. My nails are healthier and retaining length better than they ever have. I would suggest care not to get it on the sides or bottoms of your fingers as it will make a mess and is not as beneficial to those areas as a hand cream.
I love the shade, BUT the stick was broken off at the base after like 2 uses. I wish Dior will make this more sturdy as it is prone to multiple uses as a balm vs regular lip color.
When I first used this lip balm the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was very strong. However, after using it a few times the smell isn’t as noticeable. The packaging of the lip balm was very lightweight and the formula itself is very moisturizing. Overall, I would recommend this product.
This lip balm looked like the perfect color for me. While its color was indeed lush, subtle and left my lips feeling divinely moisturized, this overtly scented product was so overpoweringly fragrant I couldn’t stand to wear it for more than a few seconds. So very sad!
This balm tint is a perfect shade of berry to emphasise the natural lip colour. Thank you Dior for creating it with refillable option.
I was hoping this balm would be more of a lip treatment; something that truly hydrated and healed, but it did not. Unfortunately, it did not last on my lips very long. Even with no eating or drinking, it maybe lasted one hour. The good news is it did not dry out my lips. Just wish it had more staying power and hydrating properties.
