Dior Joy Eau de Parfum (90ml) - Multi - 90

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I’ve never seen many people buy of discuss the joy perfume by dior and it always baffles me because it’s genuinely on of the greatest scents to exist! The Top Notes are zested Bergamot and Mandarin while the Base Notes are Warm and Creamy Sandalwood Evanescent Musks. I think they pair together really well and it creates a sweet feminine smell that’s clean and soft smelling. I truly believe that this is very underrated and should be a staple in anyone’s collection. My only issue is that it does fade after a few hours, maybe 3 or 4 but it’s still a favorite.

I got a sample from Sephora when I bought something on their website. This is such a great fall and winter perfume! It lasts 6-8 hours on my skin and so much longer on my clothes. Top notes are neroli and bergamot, middle notes are Jasmine and grasses rose, and the base notes are vanilla, musk, sandalwood, and tonka bean. When you initially spray it on you’ll get the scent of bergamot, sandalwood, and tonka bean then it’ll start to settle into the vanilla and bergamot with slight rose scent. I find this to be such a sultry, sexy, and feminine perfume. I will be buying the full size once the sample size is done. I love this perfume by Christian Dior. This is such a versatile perfume and long lasting as well.

Dissatisfied

With In 15mins the aroma will be gone … is not worth the money your are paying for.I’m disappointed because Dior has such high standards and this was just a flap for me I don’t recommend this perfume.I’m an expert on perfumes and the mix and the quality doesn’t balance the formula is like just an spark and its gone with in minutes… this perfume is not good for any season they need to modify the structure of the formula to give a chance to appreciate the sent of the flowers..Unfortunately I would not give it a good review…A light sent perfume .. should have the exquisite touch that is not overpowering but at the same talking is not gone with the wind…Dior you need to go back and work on this …

The translation is a great value for your $.I like the sourness of the Bergamot & mandarin lingering with the jasmine & fruits before it settles into a skin scent. During the dry down period, the heat will make the peach nice and sweet but not tart nor that signature rotted scent. Hence, this one is far more plateable to my nose & on my skin.I rolled BEHIND my knee caps first, did a dot per wrist, 1 swipe behind the neck and a dot per ankle. (heat rises).The benzoins can be overwhelming in heat and humidity. Since I applied just enough, I made a SLIGHT silage.The OG again IMO was out performed by OP & raised their prices? 🙄Silage ALWAYS depends on how much you roll when it comes to OP scents. This is a clean scent which radiated at least 2 feet and that's more than what I'm used to but it's the high quality base notes doing that. Again, OP delivers value for your $.I would purchase this over OG and this full bottle vs OG bottle are on par. OG's fruit scent isn't as good as OP's IMO.

Lovely scent

I received a sample of your joy many years ago and loved the way it smelled. It was light and fresh with a touch of floral and it kind of reminded me of like a high-end Dove body wash. Almost. This oil perfumery impression is very very close and maybe even better because it lasts longer and the dried down really just makes you smell like you're freshly out of the shower. It's not too strong and I like to put it on under my regular body lotion so that I just kind of lightly smell like it all day

The most amazing fragrance!

My absolute favorite fragrance! I started wearing JOY when it launched a few years ago. I am "known" by my fragrance...people walk up to me and ask me what I'm wearing, constantly. Men tell me they find my fragrance extremely attractive, that no one smells as good as I do.I was quite upset when I went to purchase a new bottle and found out it was no longer sold. Fortunately, I found one bottle at a beauty and cosmetic store, the sales clerk suggested that I check Dior online.I was thrilled to have found a bottle at Dior online! Please don't cancel JOY, I don't believe I would find another fragrance that is so uniquely "Me".
