DIOR JOY by Dior, 90 ml, Eaux de Parfum for Women, An Eau de Parfum illuminated by the vibrant smile of flowers and citrus fruits, the smooth caress of woods and the serenity of musks. A fragrance with a thousand nuances and facets, yet crystal-clear. JOY by Dior expresses this remarkable feeling of joy by offering an olfactive interpretation of light. This perfume resembles certain pointillist paintings that are rich with a precise, yet not too obvious, technique. It is constructed with multiple nuances, a myriad of facets that lead to an expression that is clear and self-evident. Zested Bergamot and Mandarin explode in unison with flowers. Grasse rose absolute and jasmine blend with these delectable fruits in a vibrant smile. Warm and creamy sandalwood embraces us in softness. An intimate signature, the clear and powdery whisper of musks creates a tender and sensual skin-on-skin effect. Its bottle is both luminous and precious. Its femininity shines through in the brilliant silver and radiant pink of this instantly attractive juice. A bright shining silver thread wraps around the lid, like a light jewel delicately engraved with its name, which curls around in a perfect O. Sparkling, tangible joy, literally nestled at the beating heart of Dior.

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

Why does everyone just repeat what they hear with this "grandma" stuff? Does everyone over 60 smell the same? Is everyone under 30 obligated to smell like a fruit salad with whipped cream on top? It's more peppery, and it's almost like the regular Joy married with Chanel Mademoiselle. Despite the blend and the drydown, the biggest impression is made by the unisex bergamot and freshier, floral neroli. I'm not getting any rose on me. I think this does last longer than regular Joy, but somehow not nearly as long on me as on others (5 hours tops). Pros - seasonless, inoffensive, amazing bottle.Cons - could last longer

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

The bottle is nice and heavy with a magnetic cap. On the bottom is an etched star, Christian Dior's lucky "compass rose" star. At first this is a very strong typical floral with some sweetness to it. Classified as an amber floral fragrance. Top notes are Neroli and Bergamot. Middle notes are Jasmine and Grasse Rose. Base notes are Vanilla, Musk, Tonka Bean and Sandalwood. To me this is just another boring floral perume. 2 hours in and the smell becomes much waeker, becoming very subtle. 4 hours after applying I can only mostly smell vanilla. The lasting power is very disappointing for this supposedly "intense' perfume. Definitely not worth the price for something unoriginal and not long lasting whatsoever.

This is a warm floral with key notes of Mondrian, Sandlewood and white musk. The full profile: top notes are: bergamot and mandarin orange. Middle notes: jasmine, grasse rose, peach and cassis. And, the base notes are: white musk, Sandlewood, Patcholi and benzoin. Dior says “the feeling of joy is finally captured in a perfume with enveloping softness and energy” and I agree. This is clean, soft, vibrant and energetic. It’s smooth and not overpowering. You get the perfect balance of citrus and flowers mixed with the smoothness of wood and the serenity of musks. It’s both classic and familiar. I have always loved classic fragrances from houses like Chanel and this somewhat reminds me of that, but in a new, fresh way. If it is very simple to explain. It is "Intense". I got the bottle absolutely for nothing, from my daughter, who apparently through inattention instead of classic "Joy" grabbed it from the store shelf, but could not tame it. Neither she nor I... The year of release: 2019. By perfume standards, it's pretty much a "newborn". The advertising campaign was loud, and actress Jennifer Lawrence was the face of the fragrance. EDP Joy by Dior Intense Christian Dior From the atmosphere of the photos, the fragrance seems fresh, nautical, light and clear. At least that is how I perceive them. And the actress with blonde hair in no way looks like a femme fatale. Even the delicate pink color of the liquid hints at its floral and fruity content. Brand: Christian Dior. This is not just a fashion brand, but a real legend. As for the perfume line, the brand is very prolific. Packaging: If there's one thing we can praise the hero of the review for, it's the packaging. Beautiful, stylish, thoughtful and of very high quality. The name is binding! The main box is closed with a colorful cardboard wrapper. Composition: Alcohol solution with aromatic composition. Details of the components in the photo below. Perfumer: Francois Demanchy. And by the way, this is the same perfumer who created the above mentioned Addict. He is actually associated with the Dior brand for many years. If I may say so, "the court perfumer". Group: Oriental, floral Well... as it... Chords: Can't count! What's not mixed in here: Vanilla, White Flowers, Powdery, Citrusy, Musky, Pink, Woody, Floral, Sweet, Fuzzy Hide Quote I agree with each and even admit that in fact there are a lot more intended. EDP Joy by Dior Intense Christian Dior Pyramid: Let's walk, so to speak, through the "skeleton of the fragrance". TOP notes: Neroli, Bergamot EDP Joy by Dior Intense Christian Dior Perhaps. But very brief and distant. Notes of the Heart: Jasmine, Grasse Rose base notes: Vanilla, Musk, Tonka Bean, Sandal My Feelings: And now for the sad part. My olfactory apparatus picks up nothing but bad taste: cheap, low-quality alcohol and bitter, aggressive jasmine, powdered with naphthalene powder. That's the bottom line. When your nose approaches it, the perfume gives off an "average average average" perfume scent that is unmistakably identifiable on the approaches to major perfume stores. It's that kind of, you know, concentrated alcoholic and floral scent. EDP Joy by Dior Intense Christian Dior The first time you press the spray, your receptors are knocked out by the harsh hit of alcoholic citrus. Slightly woken up, the nose sees off the citrus and mothballed jasmine comes into force in the alcoholic frame. Rough, screamy and wildly synthetic. It monotonically penetrates your clothes and, like radiation, poisons everything around you. Old-fashioned, tactless and rough in its essence, the fragrance does not play at all, and even the standard stage of its disclosure is not provided for. It is all disjointed, unassembled and as if unfinished. We have taken classical "Joy" and generously added mothballs and other unsound components. Intensive? And what an intensive! The whole day is annoying and irritating, like a sophisticated torture, with all this searing cacophony. If classic Joy seemed to me to be too polished, verified and neutral, like an obedient girl, whose correctness makes my teeth curdle, then the flanker killed me. I spritzed it, and anointed it behind the ear, and went into a cloud, all in vain. No matter how hard I tried, I could not get to the essence of the fragrance. I could not understand, accept and love it. I wore and wore and wore, but in fact, I was only tormented. And here's the paradox! The trail at the perfume is kind of vague, and the staying power is unexpectedly weak, but on the skin and clothes fragrance holds up to the victory! That is, until the washing and laundry. The society reacted very negatively. They put it on the view thank you, not beaten. And if I usually do not respond to such requests (read-please), then this time I was in solidarity with the unwilling victims of the amber. And the more obvious is the obvious dissonance between the appearance of the bottle and its contents. The target audience: Well, if only so... EDP Joy by Dior Intense Christian Dior Persistence: Stability is weak, but the causticity is excellent

I love it, try it yourself
11 June 2022

I had exchanged another perfume for this one, the other one was way too sweet. And I love sweet smells. This perfume smells unique to me. It's still floral and sweet and classy, but it's the one that stood out after smelling all the others. It's a very nice sweet floral citrus. It smells warmer/sweeter on skin than on clothes. On clothes it sometimes reminds me of DC Light Blue. Must be the citrus. On clothes it lasts a lot longer too. I love how it develops, as it changes to something more citrusy at times, sometimes I can smell that rose more, it's definitely not a linear boring scent. FYI I don't like rose scents much, they are often too sharp for me. The rose I smell in this is not sharp at all. I wonder how it will smell in colder weather! New Purchase!
18 December 2021

I recently purchased the real deal bottle of J'adore a week ago after using up the dupe I bought about a year ago now. I watch a lot of perfume reviews/collections on YouTube and every time an AD came on, I saw the new Dior Joy Parfum. I thought to myself "I HAVE TO TRY IT". I was able to find the perfume line inside a Sephora store I discovered in my local mall for the first time. I had the employee spritz a bit of what I thought was the original joy Dior on a card and when I tell you I FELL.IN.LOVE.. I didn't even get it halfway to my face and I got ONE WHIFF OF IT and knew I was buying it. I had to run outside and let my boyfriend smell it too because it just gave me tingles and he loved it so I went back inside and purchased the biggest bottle they had. I realised when I got home that it was the "intense" version but I didn't care, I loved this one all the more. I have to say I'm big on fruity/floral/musky scents. This one outdid any perfume I've bought so far. I am shocked at its performance. I've read the reviews on here and they're 50/50 but honestly, if you're just not into powdery/sweet/musky type scents then this definitely isn't for you. The top notes just blew me away instantly. This is my best purchase yet and as soon as this bottle runs out, I'm going back for another!

Smells Good, Like Original with Spiciness
11 June 2022

I tried this next to the original Joy (one on each wrist). The original is sparkling where the intense has a spiciness to it. I don't get that same sparkling from intense. It is also warmer throughout. I wonder how it compares on clothes, as I find original smells different and develops differently on clothes. Intense lasts longer on skin. They both have a good mix of fruits and floral and not too sweet, and I find them unique compared to other fruity florals. Definitely worth a try. Original came home with me, I loved how sparkling the scent was. Idk how else to describe it.

The most amazing fragrance!
1 May 2023

My absolute favorite fragrance! I started wearing JOY when it launched a few years ago. I am "known" by my fragrance...people walk up to me and ask me what I'm wearing, constantly. Men tell me they find my fragrance extremely attractive, that no one smells as good as I do.I was quite upset when I went to purchase a new bottle and found out it was no longer sold. Fortunately, I found one bottle at a beauty and cosmetic store, the sales clerk suggested that I check Dior online.I was thrilled to have found a bottle at Dior online! Please don't cancel JOY, I don't believe I would find another fragrance that is so uniquely "Me".
