We are onto our 2nd unit - first one lasted a week and the pump failed.JBHIFI were great - replaced unit and this one is DOA. Lights up, pump does not work.Great idea - but not reliable

Got this for our two miniature dachshunds. One drinks water frequently, the other rarely. This is no longer the case. They both drink from the fountain equally as much as the other. The flowing water has made a huge difference to keeping our previous "non-drinker" well hydrated!Couldn't be happier.*** If you have difficulty getting through water to flow initially, under the lid there is a connector to go onto the part sticking up in the base. Pull the connector off the inside of the top lid and put it onto the top of the pipe in the base, then put the lid on top. This will fix the seal.

At first this product was amazing and my cats love it, however over the past couple of months it has started leaking to the point it can no longer be used. About to purchase something which is not plastic.

Fantastic! My dog loves it. Whether the fountain or taste or both she drinks from this as preferred over any other water source in the house. Great product. Will likely buy another when get our new puppy soon too :)
Great product. I'm so happy with it and so is my dog! I thought she might not drink because of the flowing water but she loves it! I feel like she drinks more water now then she did before. It is silent and easy to fill!
This leaked about a month after buying it. It's very hard to determine where it is coming from but it seems to be coming from there the power is plugged it. Other downsides to it is if the water suddenly stops pumping, there is no way for your pet to get water. Our old fountain had an open reservoir. It just means you have to check it everyday to make sure it's still working.
My dog loves drinking out of bubblers so this is the best find ever. I also love that it purity’s the water so I know he is getting the best even though I know when my back is turned his out the back drinking out of the pond! I also found that the water stays cool which was perfect for those hot nights during summer. I love it and he loves it!
Got these for our cats as one of our cats always makes a mess from his water bowl. He ruined our last cheaper cat fountain too as it was small and he pushed it over and broke it. This fountain is a lot sturdier and he hasnt managed to push it over (yet).I like how it automatically would turn off if water levels are low so theres no danger with the electric work if eg. our cat tips it over if we’re not home.Would be great if it was more quiet but the noise is not bothering me, it sounds like a fountain.
I purchased this to entice my cat to drink more water during summer. It worked, he loves the moving water. The product itself is great. It is whisper quiet, with very effective filters and a light to see in the dark and the level of water left. It is easy to pull apart to clean and refill. A great product I highly recommend it.
I like this product. I think it looks pretty good and my cat has used it. Does what it says it does really, it filters water and creates a fountain into a bowl for my cat to drink from. I also have it fairly close to my sofa and although you can hear the motor slightly, I really never notice it and actually I find the water sound quite relaxing.
