We bought this from a local pet shop and it was great. My favourite part was there was no removal parts/filters so although it would filter the cat hair and catch a lot of it, we didn't need to buy replacement parts all the time. Easy to clean as well, but the water staining on the unit was the ultimate reason we got rid of it after a few years. Highly recommended if you're cats like the constant flow, but you're not overly stressed about the water filtration for the water.

I've had a number of water fountains and this one was fine for a while until the pump stopped working one day after cleaning it. I found this one a bit complex to put together in the first place and then to take apart to clean. My kitten is scared of the running water, and my other cat will only drink from the spout and seems to find that uncomfortable so still prefers to drink from the shower tray and bath. My next one won't have a spout, just moving water.

We couldn't be happier with this fountain. Our two dogs would empty their smaller bowl quickly, I was filling twice daily. This one runs constantly, the water is fresh and I only top up when needed and cleaning is very easy.Even our very fussy kitty loves it.Highly recommend!

I bought this for my Burmese cat who appeared not be drinking enough water, which can lead to kidney problems. It took him a little while to get used to the fountain (perhaps it is slightly too large) but seems to now to like drinking from the fountain part. Advice - get a smaller size than this one for cats
I was excited to receive this to give my Staffy furbaby another option that would perhaps be easier for me too, being in a wheelchair. But for some reason, the fountain is not even working at all.

I bought the Drinkwell Fountain to help manage my elderly cat's kidney disease and to make sure she gets plenty of fresh water. It worked better than I imagined and my cat loves it. The price was also very competitive and I will continue to shop at my local store. Thanks again!
I've bought two. With the first, the pump died after about a month. I thought I'd assembled it incorrectly however the second one, which I assembled exactly to instructions, did the same. I cannot find replacements so it's a big waste
My cat loves this water dish! He wouldn't drink from his normal water bowl and would drink from a vase! When I got this water bowl he drank from it straight away. It's very quiet, you wouldn't even know it was running. I would definitely recommend this product.
I bought this product for my cat, who I found was more interested in drinking dirty water outside than the clean water in her bowl. At first she showed no interest, I was a little worried, but after a few days she was drinking from it all the time. I see her at least 3 times a day lapping from the reservoir or the spout, its great peace of mind knowing my cat is getting enough water. Very happy with this product.
