Strikes me as a fall time fragrance. This is a great fragrance from D&G but if you're looking for something to stand out and perform during those hot summer days & nights then I would go with something else. This has a dark sensual and sexy smell to it. Definitely more on the peppery/citrus side which makes it interesting. The opening spray is good, but the dry down is what stands out to me the most however this fragrance does not project well and will not pull any compliments unless you are within 2-3 feet of someone that can smell you. Also I would not recommend buying at retail price, definitely worth it if you plan on buying thru a discounter

Smells nice like fresh and aromatic. Although the opening notes are quite harsh but then it dries down to earthy aromatic scent. Moderate longevity and projection. Can last about 3-4 hours and then it's gone. Needs to be reapplied if you're using it the entire day.

Loved the smell of this one. Only complaint is that for G & B their scents are usually longer lasting. With this however; after 30 mins the scent tends to fade out. Aside from that it is a great Scent!
The newest release from D@G isn’t getting some fair reviews in my opinion. So here goes my take on it. It opens very fresh with lots of mandarin and citrus vibes to start off with. The dry down seems to hold the nice citrus/mandarin notes throughout the day. It’s a good scent! The sillage isn’t to strong, but people will notice it when you walk by or when they get closer. It’s an easy scent to wear and I think it would be good year round. The only real drawback I can see is that it does take quite a few sprays to get it to stand out so it doesn’t sit just close to the skin. Overall rating I’d give it a 7 out of 10. A nice choice for any occasion that isn’t to powerful and loud, good for the office to! Enjoy!
The scent, you barely smell it. If your nose gets closer on the area, you just smell alcohol. The sample from the catalog seemed to smell good but very VERY light. Not too strong but a fresh clean ocean scent with some sweetness. Probably a bad batch or something. The minute I sprayed my neck on both sides you barely smell anything, it’s not that strong. Alot of comments say it smells good or manly and it does but just not from my own nose.
I purchased this a few years ago and got so many compliments on it that I decided to purchase it again. This time the scent isn't as dynamic or lasting as the first, after a couple of hours the scent is gone. Two months in and I haven't received one compliment on the smell since. Maybe I should have purchased the more expensive/ higher scent.
He really likes this, the name is part of why this is a perfect gift! It’s a beautiful uplifting scent. Has masculine scent notes but they mixed them up a little differently and threw something diff into the mix. Not the typical two-limes and a pine tree, lol! I really like it on him as well, I’m like that’s great which one is that! And it’s King.
I first tried the K EDP tester, and boy was I so terribly hooked! I immediately thought of getting a full bottle, and that was one of the best decisions I've made. The initial citrus and spiciness that's blended with cardamom brings to mind a smoothie in the hot summer. Refreshing yet sensual, but not too overpowering. The dry down is earthy and woody due to the patchouli and cedar. I highly recommend this scent to anybody who has a unique taste.
I use it to wear to work and I'm a delivery driver. It lasts all day long with no need to respray. Only downfall is that it can be ovesprayed and will become cloying and sweet. Over I'm satisfied with fast delivery!
