Blew the 12v power 15A fuse in my Ute whilst Charging a 130w drill battery charger. Unit is Rated at 150W so don’t know what happened. Returned it.

Purchased the Dometic can Inverter to run Starlink while off grid - worked perfectly first time. Only used once so far but no reason why it won't continue to work as required. Very happy with my purchase. I have a 2000W sine inverter but don't want to be using that for extended periods since it also draws it's own power to function

Handy little unit, but draws a decent charge from alternator. I ended up getting a low voltage warning light on dash. We were running a few other things too, so we just unplugged some devices.

Great little device - allows me to run my office from the back of my vehicle when on site. I can operate an inkjet printer from the 240v outlet and keep the laptop charged from the USB port. It also allows me to keep my mobile internet device charged in between.5 stars from me.
I needed an item to power a small printe and other low draw devices in my vehicle and after research this was the idea size and fits the bill a treat. Its the size of a coke can, so can be stored in a cup holder. The construction is pretty solid and had suvived a few bumps without any issues. The price was right to and when I purchased it I saved $20-00 on the price due to being a member. I would recomend this product to anyone who needs a small compact 240v output.
It works fine. Just make sure you understand what you are trying to use it for. It has a max amp setting so don’t think it will power your coffee machine.
I bought this before I headed off to a camping music festival because I am a music journalist and publicist and was worried my laptop wouldn't stay charged on the road. I not only used it to keep my laptop running, but also to stay connected via a smart modem while I was on the road and sending music files to media. This is an invaluable piece of equipment for those wanting to stay powered on the road. There is a USB charging socket in the side as well, so you can plug in to the powerpoint at the top and charge your phone or fitbit simultaneously (as I did). The only downside is that it does get quite hot while in use.
Be careful with these inverters! They are modified sine wave. That means they can be working with your expensive electronics and slowly wrecking them at the same time. People say wow all my stuff is working. Then later the electronics start to pack it in because it is not a sine wave inverter. Do you homework guys and look up the difference! Take heed if youre considering buying a modified square wave inverter to shave a few bucks off your system costs. A whole raft of modern appliances wont run as well and some not at all on this waveform: Laser printers, photocopiers, and anything with an electrical component called a thyristor Anything with a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR), like those used in some washing machine controls A few laptop computers Some ... MoreBe careful with these inverters! Product is great.Customer service I received upon Click and Collect collection in store was less than to be desired. Was the only customer at the counter with two store staff staring at computer screens. Not even a "Welcome! Give me two minutes." Not a glance. Finally after 5 minutes waiting for something obviously more important than face value, in-store customer queries, the first bloke acknowledges my pickup request and goes out the back to look for my order. Second guy takes another 7 or 8 minutes only to also ask my name on order, turn on the spot, and find it in the cupboard (by ITSELF, front and centre) directly behind the register. In which time the first guy hadn't even returned from 'the back'.Need more training in the customer service dept methinks.
Only ever used to charge phones or laptop and was pretty slow. Ultimately tripped the boat power circuits .. which gave me a scare but they reset ... thankfully. Used to get fairly hot and after last use could notice that burnt out electric smell.
