This purchase was decided upon after a lot of investigation as my previous cool box failed after 7 years hard use in my truck on a weekly bases. The order was placed and the item arrived within the advised time. It was very well packaged. On opening the box the item was probably slightly bigger than I anticipated but that wouldnt cause to many problems (I can now get my whole sandwich box in there). I can fit more in there than my previous coolbox. Having operated it after a read of the instructions it certainly runs cool as felt very chilled when I dip in to get something out during the day. This is the second cool box is have bought mostly use it to chill the beers after a couple of hours the beer or food is ice cold it also keeps food hot great product well worth the money also runs 12v 24th or mains use it in the motorhome as a backup to the fridge highly recommend
