Dove Dermacare Scalp Coconut & Hydration Anti-Dandruff Shampoo 12 oz

I have had dry scalp/mild dandruff for years. My hair is long, very thick, very curly, coarse and very dry. I have tried several products and all I get is itchy scalp and end up with frizzy hair looking like a witch. I was at the end of my patience and after doing research I discovered Dove dermacare shampoo was always in top 10 and reasonably priced. So I gave it a try. After one shampoo the difference was amazing. Second shampoo was more amazing than the first. I recommend this shampoo to everyone and at my age (61) I have used several products and this is the best. If you need anyone who is an actual user to do a commercial I will be there!

Love everything about this product!! I can't find it in the local store anymore. 😫 I used it every wash for almost a year. Only thing that kept my flake free. The smell is also great! I wish I could find it in my area again so I could keep using it. I changed to one I could find and it does just the same. Just to me has no smell.

This dove shampoo is the best one in the market. It has a fresh smell and always the shampoo my hands grab on to when in the shower. You got yourself a satisfied customer for life! Price is also reasonable and will last a few months.

Effective shampoo!

Has a nice scent to it. Lathers well. Bought it for a friend and she has said that it is effective to control mild to moderate dandruff. Have repurchased many times and will continue to buy. Has pyrithione zinc which is the holy grail for dandruff control. Can be used daily or couple times a week for maintenance.

The best anti dandruffshampoo! I have a very oily scalp with seborrheic dermatitis and this shampoo helps calm my scalp and produce less oil. Gentle hypoallergenic fragrance and you need less than other shampoos to get a good lather

Helps with dandruff

I was looking for a shampoo that contains zinc pyrithione because i heard it helps a lot with dandruff but i couldnt find a shampoo that had that ingredient that was also affordable. So as soon as i found this shampoo here, i knew i had to try it. And it works! It helped to reduce my dandruff without drying out the scalp. My hair is curly and dry and most shampoos for dandruff dry my hair out but this shampoo is very moisturizing. It's a big bottle but as soon as i finish it ill buy a new one!

Nice coconut scent. Super thick texture, will use every other day. Nice package and dove quality. Almost like a conditioner than a shampoo, even sensitive scalp can use. Able to moisturize hair (age 30+) but a bit too nourish for mine.

The scent is mild!

It lathers like crazy and it has zinc pyrithion as it's active ingredient so it's as anti-dandruff as most other dandruff shampoos. The scent is not so powerful as to let all the other members of your household know you are shampooing your hair which is unusual and very much appreciated. I just hope it stays on the market without alteration which Dove loves to do to their products. Fingers crossed.

This one is a good one by Dove.

This isn’t a bad one by Dove. This smells like a coconut cream scent. However I found the dry and itch relief more moisturising than this one. Other than that my scalp looks a lot healthier with Dove. Took about two weeks to notice a healthier scalp. But everyone is different. I highly recommend you try their soothing conditioner by the Dermacare line it’s amazing! More importantly Dove has brought life back to my hair. It’s my favorite drugstore shampoo!
