The warmer has an attractive compact and modern design. It takes very little counter space and can be easily installed below kitchen cabinet. What I love about this Warmer is the ease of using it, you don't need pages of instructions to understand and operate this. You don't need to calculate amount of water to put in reservoir to warm bottle and it quickly heats the bottle. It has an electronic timer and when the food or bottle is warm, an alarm will let you know that it's done. The best part is you can warm any brand bottle and it doesn't need to be Dr. Brown’s, as long as it's sleek and not wide mouth.The only issue I felt this warmer has is that it's difficult to clean.It's quick, it's compact and it's easy and efficient to use.

I’ve always had to fill the tube up with water and press the power button to run a cycle at least 3 times for each Dr. Brown’s 4 or 8 ounce bottle that I have warmed up for my son. Now, this bottle warmer has became a fire hazard. It is as if the button is stuck. The bottle warmer will not turn off on its own and has to be unplugged. As a result of it not turning off on its own, I worry about the possibility of the bottle warmer not turning off, overheating, and starting a fire. I’ve had this bottle warmer for about 3 months now, and it is absolutely terrible. It smells of plastic and burns and leaves a brown residue inside. It warms the bottles ok, but it makes a mess, and there is no way it sterilizes anything when it creates some sort of dirty water upon heating. We only use distilled water, clean it regularly and have followed instructions to a T. Unfortunately, we threw out the box. Otherwise, I’d ask for a refund. I’ve attached a picture of the brown stuff.

Whenever we try to use the warmer, it turns on, begins warming up, then clicks off after about a second. The bottle isn't warm, and there is still water in the bottom of the device. The one downside that I would say is the fact that you have to measure the water before every bottle. It would be nice if it had a water reservoir and u could just choose the oz bottle that you’re using. What I started to do that’s helped me is after a feeding, I’ll measure the water into the unit so it’s ready for the next feeding. My baby goes from 0 to 100 when he’s hungry so this helps the process go even quicker. With all that said, I would 10/10 recommend this bottle warmer to any parent. If you’re on the fence, just go for it. I know there are so many on the market so it’s hard to choose but this one truly is very quick! And easy to use. Happy feeding :)
Dr Brown's gave me this product to review and I was really impressed. Previously I would place my baby's bottles in boiling water and wait at least 5 minutes for the milk to warm. My baby would often scream and be so impatient as he was hungry. With this bottle warmer, the milk warms to the correct temperature in 80 seconds so there are no more tears or stress! Also, I really like the sterilizing component. This will be great for traveling.
Dr. Brown’s gave me this product to try. I had another brand bottle warmer and Dr. Brown’s is quicker. I don’t have the bottles that match the warmer but there was an adapter for the bottles I have. It took me a bit to get in the groove but I am really impressed. As for the sterilization part, it’s really great if you want to quick sterlize the top pieces. I would still need my other one for larger items but it’s nice to have a quick option when I don’t need to pull out my big one.Overall I am impressed and glad that I have it!

First of all it heats the bottles to a perfect temperature and when i had a moment of panic and couldn't get the bottle ready fast enough.. It truly became my best friend. It's easy to set up and understand nevermind that it is made of great quality materials that make it easy to clean and actually looks very nice on my counter top. I've had experience before with another brand and ended up with a bottle to hot along with problems getting it to turn on and off when i depended on it the most. DO NOT PURCHASE!! Unable to control the temperature gauge and literally makes your milk scolding hot at times, or I’ve had it hardly warm at all. I gave it a few tries thinking it was me, user error, but no, it truly is this inconsistent product. Of course and thankfully I tested the milk prior or I would have honestly burned my baby! Appalling that such a product exists and sells without lawsuits flying in!
