I am 68 and have used Dr. Dennis Gross products along with a lot of other brands for may years. I have never used his face wash though. I am now about half way through my first bottle. My nose has always had dirty looking pores and I have tried everything that I could afford. Nothing has worked for me. It's not a magical wash, that does not exist, however it is the closest thing to it. The pores on my nose are so much more refined and clean. Sometimes I use the wash with the a cleansing sponge, other times with my cleansing device. At night just a simple hand wash. Different things work for different people. This is the BEST face wash that I have found- I love it!

I bought the mini of this in March and have used it every night with my foreo, and it's still only *almost* finished. That's almost 6 months... for a MINI!!Aside from how long this has lasted, this product really does deliver. My skin is dry, eczema-prone, and sensitive seemingly at random, but this product has caused zero irritation. It barely froths up (love) but still leaves my skin feeling clean and clear without feeling stripped even though it's on my skin for a hot minute while I use the foreo. I've seen a significant reduction in the visibility of my pores, and plan on continuing to use this until my skin tells me no.A couple things though!-I wouldn't recommend using this more than once a day, as I have done so a few times and it's too much. I felt more stripped/tight and my skin felt more sensitive/reactive to some of my skincare products-this pairs really well with a good clay mask once a week! One that will pull out any nasties from those pores. I use the Elemis Superfood Berry Mask (very hydrating and calming) but whatever works! Your pores will be flawless.

I absolutely love this cleanser. I found it when I was standing in the checkout line by your checkout counter.Just bought it because I picked it up and saw it helps the enlarged pores.Only bought the small size to try. And it has lasted a good while. You only need a little pea size and rub against your palms to foam up.I definitely would recommend this.I only wish Mecca had sold the newest jumbo size in-store and online. But I don't think you'll ever be stocking it on here. As it's been out for a little while.I didn't want to pay the $63 price 225ml just too expensive as you don't have sales. jumbo is a little more than double of 225ml , if I was to buy 2 x $63 to be almost big as the jumbo. It would've been $126, which isn't worth it, in my ... MoreI absolutely love this cleanser. I’ve tried so many different cleaners and always had issues with breakouts. Tried this in the small size and I loved it immediately so I got the big size. I’m hooked and use it with the daily moisturizer and the daily peel pads. My skin has never looked better I get compliments all the time. People ask me if I got some kind of work done to my skin. This cleaner is really good and little goes a long way. It removes all of my makeup and doesn’t leave a film or residue. I’m a believer and will continue to use all of these products. They work!
I initially was given a sampler of this product to use by a gf and least to say, I was hooked after only a few uses that I purchased the largest bottle I could find. I have always had blackheads and deep pores. This product has cleared my blemishes to approximately 80% which is significant for any product. Don't trust products telling you it can completely get rid of your issue because a good % is all about your lifestyle choices. This product really does a good job at even removing waterproof mascara. I don't need any other washing product and it's safe on my sensitive skin to use daily. I'm impressed!
I love love love this product. Used it up to the very last drop. It’s so comfortable on the skin, even my friend noticed it when she used it once. I have combination skin, oilier during summer and drier during winter, and have used it all though the seasons and it works perfectly all year round! Although I use it as a second cleanse, I noticed that it removed all traces of makeup and doesn’t sting the eyes! It’s just such an all-purpose, all year round product! The 200ml bottle lasted me half year with daily use, so this kind of justifies the price for me. Will definitely repurchase.
Sadly this cleanser wasn't for me, even though my skin is combination / oily. It felt as though it really dried me out, and I was left with skin that felt quite tight and uncomfortable.I also must add that I have sensitive skin, so I think that overall, this was just a bad match for me.I've had great results from other Dr. Dennis Gross products in the past, so it's a shame this one wasn't it for me.In saying all that, I have heard from other people that it works wonders on their acne and super oily skin, so I wouldn't write it off completely.I would suggest getting the smaller size to try it out before committing to the full size bottle just in case.
I bought this cleanser a little over a month ago after searching and searching for a new cleanser to use daily. I have struggled with hormonal acne after having a baby, acne scarring, uneven skin tone, oil and dry skin for the past year and have tried so many different products hoping to see a difference or some improvement, and out of every product I have used this face cleanser has made the biggest and most drastic difference. I honestly cannot even believe the results I have seen after using it for only a month. From the very first use the difference in how my skin felt was unlike anything I have ever experienced from any other face product. This is the first time I did not have any hormonal acne during my period. I honestly cannot even believe the results I have seen after using it for only a month. From the very first use the difference in how my skin felt was unlike anything I have ever experienced from any other face product. This is the first time I did not have any hormonal acne during my period. My skin is balanced, not too oily or dried out. The acne scarring on both of my cheeks are way less noticeable and my skin looks brighter and more even than it has in 20 years. I have had so many friends and family ask what I have been doing/using on my face lately because my skin looks that amazing and the results are that great. When I got my last facial, my esthetician said it was the cleanest tank she has ever seen after a facial before and that I had barely any blackheads or congestion in my pores. On the days I do wear make up, my make up feels like it goes on so much better and looks so much smoother. I am so absolutely blown away by how incredible this cleanser truly is, that I will never use anything else ever again. I have been using it morning and night, with my Clarisonic facial cleansing brush.
I wanted to love this product, as I purchased the set with the cleanser, pads, and moisturizer. I had hopes for it to help with dullness, uneven skin tone, and dryness. I used this once a day for 3 days and I had the worst, deep breakouts that looked dime sized. I figured it was skin purging, which I understood may last weeks. I was patient, and used concealer to cover up the breakouts. I reduced my usage to 2 times a week with the moisturizer. I had bumps every where, even on my under eyes, brows, back and neck from rinsing in the shower. A month later-still struggling with cystic, deep, painful acne, I gave up. 0 results. Not sure what happened with me, but I had not attempted the pads during this time because I was scared!! I’ve been using this product for 5 weeks and have been breaking out or what seems to be “purging” since the day I started. I seem to think it is purging because it is places I never break out - my forehead, chin, and sides of nose (all places that tend to get congested). But… It seems like there is no end in sight. I know you’re supposed to give it 6 weeks to adjust but it’s really driving me crazy. I will say, my skin looks much glassier, the fine lines and dark spots have diminished, and the congested pores are significantly reduced. I’m just so sick of breaking out! I’ll likely give it a few more weeks and then report back. FYI - I have very dry skin/hair/nails and use HA, cerave lotion for in the morning and moisturizing mask + Retinol every other night.
