Just on general, my skin does not do well with peel pads and make my skin red. Resulting, in getting a bit of bump spots around my lips cheeks.

Another repurchase, I have been suffering with hormonal breakouts once again and completely forgot how amazingly effective this product is at mininizing inflation and even getting rid of spots. My skin was looking and feeling better within a couple hours of use, it still shocks me, how this starts working straight away especially with under the skin spots. I have sensitive skin and I have always chosen this option. So I had to stock up on some more and consistentcy with this gives the best results and choosing how much you use it in a week is totally dependent on your tolerance, but your skin will build up tolerance to it. My skin is glowly and soft with every use. It's also great for texture and pigmentation.

Amazing. So good I was shocked!

Received three days worth of samples of this product.I have sensitive skin with rosacea and a fair complexion so any kind of imperfections are noticeable. First application and wow! The next day my skin was so smooth, it significantly reduced my redness and my skin was glowing. I had no adverse reactions to it, and there is no unpleasant smells or fragrance. I will definitely be purchasing this - only downside is the price but it does what it says it does and does it exceptionally well!

Just what my skin was missing!

I already use most of DDG skincare including the original and extra strength daily peels, in addition to the retinol-ferulic line at night and the lactic + vit c line during the day. This winter has been especially hard on my already dry skin and I had to find something to help add moisture and eliminate the flaking that makes my makeup look awful within a couple hours of application. I have soooo many products, masks, serums, etc., but nothing was addressing the flaking problem that kept showing up mid-day. I grabbed a 5 pack of the ultra gentle peel figuring it can't hurt to try. I struggle finding products I can tolerate with rosacea and highly sensitive skin and eyes. I was a little frightened to try the Alpha Beta Ultra Gentle Daily Peel knowing the repercussions of testing a new product but I was pleasantly surprised. These peels are truly gentle and leave my skin feeling fantastic.I have slowly been adding new DDG products for sensitive skin to my daily routine and I have experienced NO skin or eye irritation. Normally I can try a dozen products to find one that doesn't irritate my skin and all six of the Dr. Dennis Gross products I've purchased have been fantastic!

Pass

First off, if you use this product as the box instructs, your skin will hate you. I bought the "ultra gentle" peel due to having dry, sensitive skin, but I could use this, AT MOST, twice a week without my skin breaking out, feeling dry, and becoming irritated. If you plan on using this every other week, then this will work for you. The exfoliation leaves my skin dewy afterwards IF I use this twice a week, not every day. I also did not have any dramatic positive results like so many other reviewers did, which bummed me out. At best, my skin just benefit from a gentle exfoliation that I could have found elsewhere for far less than $90.

Please listen to this review if you care about your skin. I have tried everything for my skin and I finally took the leap to buy this expensive product but unfortunately it broke me out like crazy. For the first 2 weeks there wasn’t much of a difference until the third week I started growing pimples where I never even had pimples before and now they’re very stubborn and aren’t going away. The return process for this was also very difficult since I used 22 pads but I was just so sad and dissatisfied that I wanted my money back (wish I could’ve got my skin before back too). It might work for people who don’t have sensitive skin but I have sensitive skin and my skin held on for those 3 weeks I was using it, I regret it so much and I hope you don’t go through that either

Start with this one, then move up

This is another good product from Dr. Gross. The "Gentle" version here is a good place to start before you graduate up to the next one in this line. I have sensitive skin and this worked well as an introductory peel for a couple of weeks or so. Then I bought the regular strength daily peel (also from LovelySkin) and found that one was even better, with more visible results. Again, it helps to start slowly and gentle when you have sensitive skin and want to do a peel. This line is great!

Very pleasantly surprised with results

I have sensitive, dry skin. I tried the mini size in this product because I was afraid my skin would act negatively, but it reacted in an extremely positive way. I actually can't believe it. I only used them every other day, and my acne scarring is reduced, and so are the lines around my nose and mouth. I have sun damage on my neck, and it even reduced the marks from that. I'm very pleasantly surprised to see my skin is even glowing. I highly recommend them. I wish the full size weren't so expensive. I may buy them in the future, after I have finished up another skincare line I am using now. This was a great way to do a trial run on them.

Worth a Try

My skin is extremely sensitive. That paired with rosacea, acne, and combination skin type makes it hard for me to find products that cater to all those needs. After starting this my pores have looked better than ever. My skin looks smoother and acne has reduced. HOWEVER, if you have sensitive skin, rosacea, or dryness I would only recommend using this product once a week or every two weeks cause as "gentle" as it supposed to be it can cause irritation. Still a great product and totally worth it. Obviously it's not perfect, but it's worth giving a shot.
