Back strap ripped completely out within 15 minutes of wearing them just from walking.I’m not even lying 15 minutes. Gave them to my girlfriend as a gift and now just have a broken pair of shoes. Her feet are small and narrow as well, not like she was shoving her giant feet in shoes that didn’t fit. Contacted Dr Martins warranty department to never receive a response or anything after several attempts. Use to really like their shoes but making me rethink that. If there was a 0 star option that’s what I would select. You can see in the photos the shoes are brand new and have no wear and tear. 0 STARS!

I spent a long time reading through the reviews on these clogs. After there being so much positivity I went ahead and purchased. I wanted to love these clogs but once I received and tried on I knew I would be sending back. They felt tight on the toe area and after wearing around the house once I took them off I noticed they had flatten down my big toe nail. Also the front bit of the shoe comes up really high and I knew this would cause rubbing. I also read some reviews that theStrap if wanting to wear at the back becomes lose once it has stretch meaning it often falls down and becomes pointlessFor these reasons I sent the clogs back.

These are great! Wanted a slip-on, easy shoe for winter. Very bouncy & cushioned - I wish I’d had these when I was a theatre nurse. Much more comfy than Birks. Look heavier than they are, but probably more suited to winter &’worn with socks (in Oz anyway) & will elevate your feet out of puddles. Don’t slip off my feet with the strap on the top of the shoe. Got the same size as my 2 pairs of Doc chelsea boots. Roomy, but not too big. The size smaller was too short.
These are more comfortable than my Birkenstock Boston’s. I didn’t have to break them in unlike but Boston’s, even with a soft footbed, I can only wear them at home because they get so uncomfortable. I was debating between the black and the olive but glad I got the olive. I’m planning on getting the black. For sizing, I’m between a 6.5-7. For Nikes, I wear a 7 and for New Balance, I wear a 6.5. I would say I could have gone down to a 6, but my worry was that my foot would be to the edge of the shoe and the top is tight enough on the 7. I think a 7 is good for an average foot width and I can adjust with the buckle. The only issue I have is the back slips off my ankle a lot but it doesn’t bother me.
Oh my days!! I am totally in love with my Pink Suede Sandals, they fit beautifully & literally after 2 days of wear I could feel my little feet size 3 actually moulding into them with even more comfort . I brought another 2 pairs in black - we had to travel to Edinburgh as they were all sold & Edinburgh was the only shop apart from Newcastle & Manchester. We’re in Dundee so it wasn’t too bad! I brought some lovely vegan bags as well & they are to die for lol. I don’t buy any of my footwear anywhere else, I have got osteoarthritis & fibromyalgia & I can actually walk pain free in my Doc’s - I personally think the value for money is excellent & I won’t go anywhere else.
Despite loving Dr Martens styles my feet don't like the breaking in part. I love that more styles are becoming available in softer leather and when I first saw these I desperately wanted them. I read through most of the reviews and a few left me nervous in terms of comfort but I decided to take the plunge as I was a) planning on wearing socks with them anyway and b) wasn't going to use the strap behind my heel.I was blown away by how lightweight they are! I have fibromyalgia and some of my docs I can't wear as they are just too heavy. They fit beautifully and the material is soft and seems well made. I spent two solid days in them with very little pain and did not feel like they were slipping off. If I could afford it I would buy one in every colour! I spent two solid days in them with very little pain and did not feel like they were slipping off. If I could afford it I would buy one in every colour! I usually wear a UK4 and these fit well. I did try them on with thicker socks but that seems to push my heel a bit far back but with normal socks they are fine.
I had tried a different model of the DM clogs, I don't remember the name but they were not platform and super hard and uncomfortable. Anyway the sole on these is squishy and super comfortable. I was able to wear them out all day with no problems, though if you're a sweaty feet girl like me, I do recommend socks. The platform makes them even better too. I say they run true to size so if you're gonna wear socks and are between sizes, I recommend sizing up. Love them! Bought the tan ones right after.
I have two other pairs of platform boots from Dr. Martens. Both pairs have been extremely hard to break in but I wear them because beauty is pain. The first day wearing these mules was a breeze. The platform does add weight but it doesn’t weigh you down while you walk. The only thing that became slightly uncomfortable was the ankle strap. Luckily, you have the option of wearing it or pushing it to the front. Overall, I love these and they add a pop of color to any outfit.
I ordered both mauve and black to decide what I wanted to keep. I almost kept both but….Since I wear all black everyday I always accessorize with shoes and handbags but for some reason the mauve shoe against my all black attire just seemed OFF and annoying. Almost cartoonish. But I will say that color and suede were absolutely PERFECTION. Still, I decided to go with all black to play it safe. A decision I will regret for all eternity.I also have the other suede doc marten mule that isn’t platform. I’d say it fits similar to that with obviously more height. Very comfortable and stylish. I only wish this style came in leather.
