Back strap ripped completely out within 15 minutes of wearing them just from walking.I’m not even lying 15 minutes. Gave them to my girlfriend as a gift and now just have a broken pair of shoes. Her feet are small and narrow as well, not like she was shoving her giant feet in shoes that didn’t fit. Contacted Dr Martins warranty department to never receive a response or anything after several attempts. Use to really like their shoes but making me rethink that. If there was a 0 star option that’s what I would select. You can see in the photos the shoes are brand new and have no wear and tear. 0 STARS!

These are my first mules and I am completely obsessed. I got the purple and the color is perfect. they are comfy and not too heavy. The sling is a little stiff to move back and forth. One thing I will say is don’t listen to the reviews saying to size up. I originally ordered an 8 because of that and they were giant on me. These mules definitely run big on the sizing. I am a true 7 1/2 and have a size 7 in regular Dr Martin boots. I exchanged for the size 7 and they fit perfectly. It was annoying to waste money on having to send my original order back, but I love them so much I guess it was worth all the trouble.

I wanted to love these. I do get compliments on them, however when looking at both shoes for a while, you can definitely tell they are two different shades of color. The left shoe was darker than the right. I usually am a size 9 but it was too big so I ordered a size 8. It was a little tight. I ended up keeping the Size 8 and noticed after a while it gets loose. So you'll need to break them in. Also, ordering and returning was a mess. Still haven't gotten a refund for my other shoe and customer service has completely stop responding. I highly don't recommend shopping online. Go in store.

I spent a long time reading through the reviews on these clogs. After there being so much positivity I went ahead and purchased. I wanted to love these clogs but once I received and tried on I knew I would be sending back.They felt tight on the toe area and after wearing around the house once I took them off I noticed they had flatten down my big toe nail.Also the front bit of the shoe comes up really high and I knew this would cause rubbing. I also read some reviews that theStrap if wanting to wear at the back becomes lose once it has stretch meaning it often falls down and becomes pointlessFor these reasons I sent the clogs back.
Oh my days!! I am totally in love with my Pink Suede Sandals, they fit beautifully & literally after 2 days of wear I could feel my little feet size 3 actually moulding into them with even more comfort . I brought another 2 pairs in black - we had to travel to Edinburgh as they were all sold & Edinburgh was the only shop apart from Newcastle & Manchester. We’re in Dundee so it wasn’t too bad! I brought some lovely vegan bags as well & they are to die for lol. I don’t buy any of my footwear anywhere else, I have got osteoarthritis & fibromyalgia & I can actually walk pain free in my Doc’s - I personally think the value for money is excellent & I won’t go anywhere else.

I read through most of the reviews and a few left me nervous in terms of comfort but I decided to take the plunge as I was a) planning on wearing socks with them anyway and b) wasn't going to use the strap behind my heel.I was blown away by how lightweight they are! I have fibromyalgia and some of my docs I can't wear as they are just too heavy. They fit beautifully and the material is soft and seems well made. I spent two solid days in them with very little pain and did not feel like they were slipping off. If I could afford it I would buy one in every colour! Honestly, Dr. Marten should be ashamed that these shoes are nowhere near true to size. At least 1/4 of my foot is hanging off the back of the shoe. If you plan to buy these, which I would not recommend, you are best off ordering a full size up from your normal size. It’s also a huge risk ordering these awfully sized shoes online from Dr. Marten because of their awful customer adverse return policy. They charge you for returning a product they poorly designed and described as true to size. Be careful of merchants that operate like this. Seems to hold the customer accountable for their poor sizing description.
the most comfortable and cute looking shoes ever!! I love how versatile they are by either wearing them with the strap and making them super comfortable to walk in or without the strap for a quick slip in when ur in a rush or running errands. either way it’s always an eye catcher!! every time I wear them I get the nicest compliments and questions as to where I got them from. the size is very much true to size!! I’m usually between a 5.5 and a 6 and chose a 6 based on previous dr.martens purchases.I’d buy them over and over again and will definitely recommend them!!
if anyone here was tempted by these: don'tthis is my 2nd pair in 6 months that just broke again - the strap on the first pair broke off (while walking, doing nothing else) and just did the exact same on my 2nd pair, both within 3 months. the girl in the DMs shop said it's the first year they've done this style and I would wait till DMs redesign them to have a more secure strap that is punched all the way through the material as the strap just really easily tears out of the suede with absolutely no security to it and are just **terrible** quality. I was so so disappointed because these are in fact the comfiest DMs I've ever owned and while I do love them, the quality is extremely disappointing and not worth over £100+.

I just purchased these shoes but the color was not as excepted. Instead of accepting a return in store, I was forced to return by UPS. Which wouldn't be a problem if i was not charged for a box and restocking fee- totaling $11 for shoes I do not own.Additionally, I purchased the Mollys and they did not even last 2 years before ripping down the seam. When i asked about the warranty that used to be in place, the store associate rudely told me they didn't and couldn't help. Guess DM has stopped caring about "quality" and their true customer base.
