These digestive enzymes helped my Mom to be able to eat and digest protein and fats that had caused a problem before. She has gained 3 pounds (that's a good thing because she only weighed 80lbs) while using the enzymes (and, of course, me making her good meals!). Love the product and highly recommend it.

I decided to bite the bullet over cost on these. After all it’s Dr.Mercola. But unfortunately I have found it doesn’t work for me. If anything I get worse symptoms than before. If only it lived up to its expectations, I would have been glad to continue with it.

I have lactose intolerance on top of IBS and have struggled with bloating my entire life but after taking these, I can say that my bathroom breaks are way more regular and non-constipating! It contains lactase in it's composition so it has made it easier for me to enjoy cheese again without the downsides. It did make me have a bit of acid reflux/gas but that was easily mitigated with anti acids. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing some extra help for digestive issues, thank you Dr. Mercola for making this wonderful supplement!
As mentioned: Good but needs to be in a package with the other accompanying supplement. It was confusing at first because we thought we only needed the gallbladder capsules but it turns out you need to take these with those. A total of 3 capsules I believe. My husband is taking these because he had his gallbladder removed several years back and he started to experience bad breath. So far I believe it's working. We are so far satisfied with quality. The key ingredient we looked for was ox bile.
I took these as directed.Shortly after eating I felt cramps and nausea.I had painful diarrhea and vomiting for almost an hour straight.I sweat through my slip dress and all my skin was incredibly wet with sweat.When the vomiting and diarrhea subsided the shivers set in.I lay in bed and all my muscles were convulsing and I couldn’t stop shivering.I believe my body was put into shock by this product.I slowly drank warm water and ended up having to take an Ativan to calm my body down.I do take the Dr Mercola gallbladder enzymes without issues, but these full spectrum enzymes were on a whole other level of pain.I had my gallbladder removed approximately 20 years ago FYI.Trust when I say…you don’t want me to upload an image of what this product did to me…
Its a good stomach enzyme to aid with digestion. Not good enough for the price though (compared to other brands). Nonetheless it can be very helpful for the gut if trying to rebuild the intestinal flora. It doesn't have any weird taste and the quality if good. Would keep buying but a better price!
This product is just the best. I have tried many other brands, but noone works as good as this one. I was vegan for close to a decade, which unfortunately wrecked my health. And moving over to eating animal products again and especially meat was very difficult for my stomach to digest. It was a painful journey to say the least. Until I came across these enzymes. Now, together with supplementing with Betaine Hcl, I'm finally able to eat meat with no discomfort. Recommending it to everyone who deals with digestion issues and IBS.
