I began taking Ubiquinol when I read it could help regulate an irregular heartbeat. My heartbeat is regular since I started taking this supplement. I often choose Dr Mercola products as I know I can trust the ingredients to be pure and therapeutic.
Used this for a month, it had the correct dosage but found too expensive to keep up. Good for energy! I found it better than Coq 10 and this product is also good for keeping your egg supply ( if your female) in good condition. Esp if you are trying to conceive over 30.
Dr. Mercola is one of my favourite brands with quality and pure ingredients being of upmost importance, and this product seemed like a good choice for me. I like that it’s a more absorbable form of CoQ10, and I think I felt an increase in my energy levels since taking it. It’s easy to take, small capsules, and I trust the quality of Dr. Mercola’s supplements, so this one is a keeper for me.
Very disappointed with the quality.About half of the capsule contents were yellow, were nolinger liquid and of a waxy consistency. Some research indicates that this is an oxidised reaction and it is no longer ubiquinol - which is the CoQ10 format that Dr M specifically recommends.Mercola product support said it was safe, but did not comment on if it indicated it had been degraded. Significantly different from still being safe.Ocean Alive refused to exchange or refund the product.Totally dissatisfied with both parties response to an oxidized and probanly degraded product.In the future will source CoQ10 from a differnt manufacturer and seller.
coq10 is important and if you're past a certain age like me you need something better like ubiquinol. i take 2 a day. good quality. high quality ingredients. the transparent capsules look cool and is protecting the content inside it. capsule size just the right size. has lots of health benefits too

works very well. very strong. using to improve egg quality but it's too strong for me so i went down to ubiquinine version. love that it's from a kosher fish- tilapia- so i can consume and the other brands are non kosher bovine/gelatine
