Mercola Vitamin E is one of the most expensive ones out there but its one of the few full spectrum vitamins E complexes, tocopherols and tocotrienols. That's hard to find. I take it for my cardiovascular health as well as to balance my menopausal hormones. Its part of my menopausal regime as I don't want to take HRTs. Its not very affordable but I'll keep taking it.
