These are thin, offer little support and don't fit. They are supposed to fit up to size 12. I take size 11 and there is a sizeable gap at the toe end. And I didn't trim them. The packaging is designed so you have to break it open to get at the product, which makes it very difficult for returns.

I bought size 13 UK inner soles some time ago, I cut them down for a heel lift not ideal but better than nothing. That size or larger seems unavailable - apparently. Not happy. With people getting bigger makes you wonder who at Scholl decide to drop a growing (literally) market segment. They’ve lost my business.

I purchased these as my feet to help get me through some big runs. Easy to adjust to my shoe size and the insoles made a difference straightaway. The gel keeps my feet cooler than usual while the cushioning has helped alleviate some of my heel pain. Great for taking some strain off mid-intensity exercise.

Brilliant

Take a few days to work. But I'm on my feet all day in riding boots so feet were killing me. But no pain or soreness anymore. I had some of these before but I wore them out. Hence buying again.

Disappointing

Much thinner than my previous Scholl GelActiv Sport insoles which were brilliantly comfy on long hikes. So now not much benefit over standard insoles

Perfect for a knee problem.

Perfect! I have had a knee problem and been advised by my friend to try these ones to, yes, to help my knee. And it works! Bought two pairs and since I've been using them - I stopped suffer from my knee. I can walk distances without taking pain killers:) Yes, definitely recommend.

Poor design arch support misaligned

So trim to fit takes care of the length, but the arch support location relative to heal positioning doesn't change whether you are a size 7 or a size 12. Yet these insoles claim to fit this size range. If you have a smaller foot in the range the arch support will not be under the arch but sit further forward. Wasted money. Now that I have trimmed these and removed from packet I wonder if I can be refunded??

Super Comfy Insoles

I LOVE Scholl Gel Activ Sport Insoles. I'm a long time user, so comfy. I'm one my feet all day at work. I wear leather business shoes and I mostly walk on tiled & concrete areas so having these insoles in my shoes adds an extra layer of cushioning to help protect my feet.

The lasting of the inner soles

They don’t last very long, I had my inner soles for less then a month and the gel had completely come off the bottom on both feet. It’s an absolute rip off and all I use my inner soles for is when I am playing sport which is 4 times a week. I am utterly disappointed and will not be using these again, EVER!
