Dr Teal's Pink Himalayan Mineral Soak 1.36kg

I tried this for the first time tonight - I love having baths and often have back pain since I work long hours in front of a computer as a graphic designer. Tonight I had a pretty bad migraine and decided that was an excellent time to try my new bath salt. The smell is really nice, like a citrus rind of sorts. I often have trouble with products that are fragranced as I am allergic to perfumes, but so far both their bubble bath and their bath salts were safe for me to use.For added bonus points, I poured my bag of salts into a beautiful Spritz gold scallop jar that was also purchased at Target for a nice effect, and it was just the right amount :)

I love this product and first tried it out as an impulse buy at a Target. I was instantly happy with the aroma, ingredients, and quality. It’s perfect for baths or showers. I tended to sprinkle some near the drain while getting a shower to be like a shower “fizzer”. I have VERY sensitive skin and this didn’t irritate it whatsoever. Also, the fragrance is not bad like some cheaper Epsom salts I’ve tried.

I love Dr Teals and have found that this is my favorite one. It makes me feel refreshed and helps my skin feel nourished and soft. The smell is just strong enough for it to not be over powering it smells refreshing and natural. Other types I’ve gotten have been really strong in smell but I’m glad this one isn’t. I pair it with and again Definitely my FAVORITE I recommend it for anyone who needs a little pick me up both mentally and someone who needs to recharge their skin without being overwhelmed by the scent

I use this for a foot soak after a long day of work and it feels amazing to just take 20 min to myself. The scent to me smells of lemongrass and a woodsy smell. It’s not to strong. My husband likes the smell too. The salt doesn’t dissolve extremely quick like other salts it last a bit longer. It leaves my feet feeling so soft and replenished. The price range is affordable.

They have a few different kinds to choose from based on your needs but I chose the pink Himalayan because of the benefits that I’ve read about pink Himalayan salt. I put about cup sometimes 2 cups if I’m trying to go all out. The benefits to this bath soak are amazing and there’s so many of them. 1st, pink Himalayan salt is said to be an amazing detoxifier so it gets all that nasty toxins out of the body. As for bathing it detoxifies the skin but you can even add a teaspoon to some water and drink it once a day to detox the body (do not use this product for that since this is not pure Himalayan salt, buy food grade Himalayan salt for that.) 2nd it balances your PH levels. 3 it’s hydrating to the skin and it provides trace minerals 4 it also is great when you have achey muscles, sore feet, back pains, etc. really if any part of your body is sore I highly recommend soaking in a bath with this added because it makes a huge difference and is great for relieving pain, and of course it also relieves stress, for me anyway. I’ve also heard that it helps balance your blood sugar but I think only when you’re consuming it, bathing in it probably doesn’t make a difference. There are even more benefits to it but those are just some of the main ones. This has a light soft scent and it’s really just a great buy all around. Ever since I started using this, I can’t imagine taking a bath without it, it’s kind of a must have for me. Totally worth buying, amazing product with an amazing price

Can’t Use It

I received this item in the form of a solid block instead of loose granules. The package was opened at the top, so I’m assuming that’s how the moisture got in it to solidify it. I have ordered items like this several times and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem. Your packaging and delivery is very good and the items are in good condition when I get them. But can’t use this bath product I just need a new one.

Great for the itchies

I've been in love with dr. teals and have probably used most of their bath products and all have been great. The pink salt is great in a hot bath it does a great job calming the itchies on my lower legs and also seems to be more than a bit anti inflammatory as well. I use a half cup in my hot bath along with ground oatmeal and a dropper full of clove oil smells great and very soothing to my old itchy skin. The best part of the pink salt is it's not toxic at all you can eat the stuff.

The scent is light & refreshing, not overpowering which is so nice! Some bath products are so heavily scented that I can’t soak long or I get a headache! This I can definitely smell the beautiful scent without being knocked over by it! I can enjoy a nice, long, relaxing bath and when I get out not only do I smell nice but skin is much softer and smoother too! I do use my shower pouf/mesh thing to gently wash with the water but that’s it! No scrubs. No brushes. I’ve experimented with cutting back on the amount of salt used and adding the same scent bubble bath; it worked just as well but with the added benefit (and cost) of bubbles! The best

I have been using Epson salt baths for a long time now and I have used so many different salts. I was out of some of my regulars and went to the local drugstore. I saw the Himalayan salt and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I am mediately noticed a difference in the amount of relaxation my body experienced. I slept the best I ever had. And all the reviewer‘s are right, the smell is amazing. I keep trying others and I keep going back to this one. There is definitely something special about it.

I love all Dr. Teals products. I grab them depending on the mood I’m in. Personally when I’m overwhelmed… especially socially! I try to match the Salts with the Bubble Baths. Not so much the scrubs. They’re so relaxing but the scrubs are greeeeaaaat for after you shaaaaaved and taking a nice hot shoooowwerr 💆🏾‍♀️ it’s amazing. And I do prefer the Shea Butter %26 Almond Oil
