It's got everything I will need, plus a few extras that might come in handy. Tested the tool and the flexible attachment as well and both work wonderfully. I'm quite familiar with power tools but this is my first Dremel. I'm hoping to do some intricate wood work with it. It won't replace my drills, wood router, and circular saws, but there are some things that can be done better with a Dremel.The tools and most of the bits and attachments are well built. The circle guide doesn't feel up to par with the rest of the attachments though, but with care I'm sure it can be quite precise

คุณภาพ:Well made of course. Not too noisy. Many attachments. I would buy this again over other makers, as Dremel was the first to come up with this type of tool. The book has just a few pages in each language, and can be tough to figure out what part goes where until you mix and match.

A go to tool when others can't!

Pay the buck and go for the biggest motor, because at some point you will either be forcing it or stretching it to its design limits!Doing a car resto and the dremel has gotten into those tight areas numerous times. It is mind a niche-dig-me-out-of-hole-Tool not a dawn to dusk work tool, so bear in mind cooling times etc.

Amazing little Tool

Already have the 3000 and its a fine machine I wanted something a little more powerful and the 4000 fits the bill, I recently bought a Dremel Routing Table and although the 3000 performed well that extra power provided by the 4000 has made quite a difference. I have used this tool (4000) to route/sand/grind/shape/cut/polish. This in my opinion is a great tool from the very extensive Dremel range and I can honestly recommend the 4000 especially at the price Wickes are currently selling them. Carry case and accessories including the the wonderful Flexi Shaft and various other accessories. By the way the transaction with Wickes was flawless super fast delivery I am extremely please all round Highly recommend.

I bought this to replace an older model which was no longer reliable. I haven't used it yet other than to swap the collets out for a chuck jaws (cinch) and give it a quick test. It appears to be more powerful but, consequently also heavier and chunkier (more awkward to grip) than my previous Drem. I do wish that they wouldn't include all the optional peripherals with these tools...most of them I never use. My go to attachments for the Drem are Saburr Tooth carving tools.

Even though the Dremel can be twice as much as the cheap knock-offs it is definitely worth it. There is a reassuring solidity and ease of use with Dremel that bargain tools just do not manage. It spins up quickly, there is a good range of speeds which are easily selectable, the chuck thing works well, and there are enough attachments to get started.I find it well worth getting the flexible shaft - makes delicate work much easier and allows work in more cramped positions. I have not fully explored the mini-router attachment but what I have done is pretty good - I think I will need a few more router bits to really get the most out of it. Every home should have one!

I bought this kit for one particular job, but knew that it would be used for many others due to the different tips supplied. Tip change is easy, and the whole tool is light enough to use for longer periods. I thought that it might get too hot to hold after a while, but I was using it on a mid range speed for over an hour without any problems. I almost bought the set with the flexible shaft, but as I don't need it yet I can wait and buy it as an accessory later.All in all, very pleased with the kit.

Good upgrade over Dremel 3000

Bought this because previous Dremel 3000 had failed with a break in the motor windings - seems a common issue. This unit is more powerful, more controllable and with a much wider range of accessories. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Great for hobbyists.

This is the 2nd Dremel 4000I own as my hobby is working with crystals and beach pebbles. The beauty of the Dremel is the huge range of speeds at your fingertips. This is really important as all the crystals I use have a varying range of hardness. The ease of changing drill sizes is amazing and fast, I am also amazed at how light and versatile the Dremel is meaning I can use it for hours on end with no aching hand or numb fingers. I rarely use any attachments apart from diamond drills and cutters but the range of attachments available is astonishing and all are very affordable.

The Tool You Didn't Think You Needed!

At the end of a full house restoration I purchased this multi tool. I wish I'd purchased it two years earlier as I would have saved a lot of time and money!The tool is perfect for getting into small spaces and intricate detail. Theres so many interchangeable heads it can cover so many needs across the average DIY project. I haven't used it much, but the power of the model seems strong enough for most tasks, sanding the detail on a wooden door frame and removing decades of old paint was a breeze.
