Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) Mythic Odysseys of Theros
After several generations, the Ancient Capital of underground gnomes must be relocated because of human expansion. Brave explorers and their families are sent to establish a new city in the largest and deepest stone hall of the Great Mountain. You and your friends will manage the construction of this new capital, which will be known as the great Gnomopolis! Gnomopolis is a fast and strategic game in which you must combine city growth with specialization of its population. An almost endless combination of buildings and workers can create ingenious systems of actions and scoring mechanisms in a frantic race for the win. With a play time of nearly 45 minutes, one to four players must think wisely to build their own city and trade with neighbours. The game is played in turns, during which each player draws three gnomes (gnome meeples) from a cup. Then they can use these gnomes to construct buildings or perform actions. Actions can be a combination of specializing adults, hiring more gnomes, earning gold coins, building mechanical golems or controlling the workforce in a district. As the city grows, more gnomes immigrate there. At the end of the game, players count their points from coins and any workers employed in buildings (be careful with unemployed gnomes!). The player with the most points is the winner!

This alternate cover of the Mythic Odysseys of Theros is stunning to say the least. I have collected all the alternate cover Dungeons & Dragons books released so far but this one is by far the best. The content is top notch and includes everything needed to set your adventures in a mythic Greek style campaign setting. The delivery was quick and the package was wrapped with such care the book did not suffer the corner damage that usually accompanies an online delivery. Top notch product.

Awesome artwork, awesome story. Definitely a lot of good flavor for any fans of Ancient Greek myths. Still needs to be supplemented with other DND source material, but its certainly a good change of pace

Yes this is technically a Magic the Gathering setting, and that's cool if you like it; for everyone else, this is "Homer's Ancient Greece in DnD." And it works fantastically. Pairing a heroic fantasy game with the tone of the original epic fantasies in Western culture fits very well in lore and theme, and the game mechanics back it up as well. The race and subclass options are powerful and unique, while the magic items and monsters are interesting and effective. The system for managing relationship with patron gods is interesting, but many DMs already know what works for them in that aspect, so it might be unused for many tables. What really stands out and should definitely be used, however, are the Mythic creatures: legendary boss monsters with unique abilities ... MoreYes this is technically a Magic the Gathering setting, and that's cool if you like it; for everyone else, this is "Homer's Ancient Greece in DnD." While many DMs love creating their own homebrew setting (and rightfully so!), this would be a very fun one to run, and it has plenty of great ideas to steal for your home game. Highly recommend.

Yep after far to long we finally have Greek D&D. Heroes who are classic heroes with great power, great destinies, and tragic flaws.
I skimmed through it and it looks to be in one piece. It’s in decent shape to be a 2nd hand book. I see a little wear and tear but that’s to be expected with a 2nd hand book. I plan on putting a lot more wear and tear on it.
Very similar in content to Ravnica, lots of background stuff that has good ideas for homebrew, a small section of interesting player options and some cool new creatures, alongside lovely artwork.
The card was shipped in a thick plastic sleeve, and the actual card itself was impossible to remove without damaging the card. Wish better shipping method was chosen. Card still does the job, just slightly bent... Other than that, decent price on the item and good shipping time.
