I'm a Dyson V11 Vacuum Cleaner owner, after testing the newest technology, I particular like 2 improvement:1) The comfort grip. Because I don't want use both of my hands to use the vacuum cleaner. When I'm cleaning my floor and I got a call, it costs me extra time to answer my phone because I have to use my free hand to switch of the machine then use my hand to grab my phone. I could perfectly skip this unnecessary step if the switch control if move to handle.

I am coming from a V11 and before that a V6. The gen5detect is easily the best yet. It's only downsides is the normal brush gets stopped easier than the one from the V11. The green laser light is NOT a gimmick. It really helps.

Especially to reach higher areas- Bulky when you have to go through delicate stuff, unable to reach small areas (lack of the classical tube)- Very delicate and fragile machine. It is just perfect. I like it. it blows away all the dust. It has a great suction power.
Bought it a month a go and is doing perfect for now. It's a little bit heavy if you want to use it as a hand vacuum cleaner but cleaning the floor is doing great job.
Great vacuum cleaning experience. Glad that Dyson added the feature for a softer grib. Extraordinary suction power, laser working great as usual. Only the weight might be an issue, but that might be inevitable with all those features.
I upgraded from my V11 which I was happy with. It's a shame that it didn't include all the accessories that I received with my V11 e.g. 2nd battery, stand, etc.
Wheel fell off 2 days after buying from Fust. Dyson Customer Service completely useless, Fust customer service even worse.To ge a new sweeper head the ONLY part that is broken I have to pack the entire maschine up and post it back to dyson for them to throw it away and send me a entire new maschine as they have no spares *
