Almost everything about this vacuum is perfect. It's extremely capable at cleaning, very ergonomic, the attachments connect very securely and are very functional, and honestly, it's the most fun vacuum to use that I've ever owned.My only gripes would be that I think the canister capacity is a bit too small, and the battery runtimes can be quite short in practical use. The other nice thing is that because it's so light and quick to grab off the wall mount, it's not unreasonable to vacuum a larger home 1-2 rooms at a time with this thing, which is what I ended up doing. Admittedly, I was putting the machine into its highest "boost" setting on thick, heavily soiled carpet with pet hair and baby mess, so one would expect the runtimes to be negatively impacted, but I didn't realize just how low they'd go, to around 10-15 minutes. Not the end of the world, and they do get quite a bit better at lower settings and on hard floors, for example.Overall, I think this is an excellent product. A tiny bit bigger would have been ideal for me, but it's not a big deal, and ergonomics are very important for a cordless stick vacuum like this. I highly recommend this to just about anyone.

I previously had a Dyson, required a repair that could not be quickly done during the pandemic, so bought a Sharp at local big box store. Both promoted cleaning homes with pets, both worked very well. The Sharp's upholstery attachment recently stopped working, I bought this Dyson on impulse. Wow. It is a superior vac, even compared to my other Dyson and the Sharp. We have wood floors, area rugs, all are noticeably cleaner after one sweep with this Dyson. Not having a cord trailing around is a plus. I can do the stairs using the usual floor attachment without stopping to switch to the hand attachment, easier to get up and down the stairs as it is lightweight. Most importantly, the suction, and the "grab" of the attachments, are better than any vacuum I've ever used .Here are the quirks, which I can live with: our house is about 1750 sq ft, I did maybe 2/3 before the battery required recharge. The dirt bin is small, required 5 or 6 empties during this one use. Both of those complaints may be due to this being my first use, I was taking extra time to do the rugs, and it was just pulling out that much dirt. So that may improve. Stick vacs cannot "stand up" if you need to step away; and, in my experience, are more stressful on the hand/wrist area because the weight is in the top handle (where the battery is), rather than carried mainly on the part that rests on the floor. I am willing to trade that off for the superior cleaning, but it might be a problem for those with arthritis or other injury. Paper instructions that come with the vac are minimal. You can put it together intuitively, but much more info available if you can scan the code to a smart phone.

It's very easy to wield in standard and unusual angles and heights, meaning you can get to all the nooks and niches in your home.Power is excellent, and suction is automatically or manually optimized depending on the dust level. Finally, a "docking station" for wall mounting and a clip for the Combo and Crevice tools.My sole irritation was they moved the power switch from a trigger location to a button on top of the device. I don't currently like it because turning the device on an off is a two-handed exercise. This may prove to be an asset in the long run, as it takes stress off your hand and fingers when vacuuming.I love this device, probably more than anyone should love a vacuum.
