Would not recommend buying this machine to anyone. Tiny pieces of rubber started coming out of the steam valve after only a few days of using. Even worse was that alternativebrewing was not willing to take the machine back and said it was „due to valve overtightening“, which can’t be the reason as the valve hadn’t been shut very tightly at all. So neither the machine nor AB’s service were satisfying and I will never buy from this shop again.
