Absolute wonder if a machine

We have owned ours for two years now and I will say without debate... This machine is wonderful! It looks fantastic and functions even better. Easy to clean as well. I love having the option to use the built in water tank vs plumbed in. We take it with us on our trips so we can use it any time.

Amazing machine! Perfect brewing and extraction. No PID to set and really not needed. This is a huge upgrade from the Bezzera BZ07

Back In Italy

Lived in Italy for 3 years, so finding quality coffee was difficult when I came back to the US. Starbucks is fake and has taken over, no good coffee shops anywhere. I stared my own home barista and I’m so glad I found this machine. I researched and watched Whole Latte Love videos for two years trying to decide what machine I would buy. I considered fully automatic but you just don’t get that cafe quality. This machine and the Ceado E6 grinder produces cafe quality espresso. If you add up what you would spend at local coffee shops in a year...this machine pays for itself real quick. Easy to operate, program, and keep clean. So happy we made this purchase.

High Quality, beautiful and fun.

The ECM Elektronika is just beautiful and feels very solid and sturdy. Love the fact that I get the same amount of water every time and I can focus on grind and taste. The only thing I am not 100% sold on is the panel that has the push buttons mounted. It seems a little flimsy. I may be wrong but that is the only thing that does not feel bomb proof on this machine. It may even feel it is getting a bit loose after a few weeks of daily use. I may open the side panels and make sure it is tightened all the way. What sold me is the way this machine is built and the engineering that went into it. It seems so simple and logic and solid. Watch the ECM videos here on this site. The grind is extremly even and the machine is very quiet, easy to adjust and feels like it will outlast me. The adjustments work very well and a little bit makes a big change on the grind. It comes with the smaller hopper and that is good because it is not a small machine. I love the sound it makes. The two items were not cheap but, overall I am very impressed with the products and very happy with my purchases. Now if I only could improve my Latte Art.. Practice practice, practice. 5 stars for the Ceado and 4 1/2 stars for the ECM Elektronika.

outstanding machine

i’m really impressed with my elektronika, super quiet, easy to use, easy to set up. had an issue after following the preliminary instructions, but 1 call and it’s running perfectly. i guess the plunger on the boiler was stuck open as i was told. instruction booklet was easy to understand and follow. what s great machine! now to tweek the volume and timer along with my grind to get the perfect pull. great videos on the elektronika, i watched them all, and sold me on this major purchase. very informative and detailed. thanks for the great service, along with replacing the ecm cups that were damaged, you guys are tops in customer service.
