It works well enough, even picking up large pieces of dog food, but it really struggles in a few places i didn’t expect. Such as- up and down certain rugs, the base of a lamp, under the couch where an electrical cord caught it up- gets stuck a lot.Additionally the app is poor. It didn’t pair for a long time and then finally did and worked for about two weeks and then suddenly it said my vacuum was “offline”. It still works if i press the button on the top to start but if you have kids that leave little things around it’s not worth the hassle. You basically have to deep clean before it can operate. if you’re trying to just clean the one rug on your hardwood floor, it can’t stay in one spot. Not worth the hassle. I should have just bought an actual vacuum.

I'd never dealt with cleaning Robert or any other robotic vacuum before this one. I have to say I'm blown away by how well this little guy cleans and navigates, both on hardwood and carpet. It won't replace your normal vacuum, but it'll definitely keep the floors cleaner between normal vacuuming. The time scheduling option saved my life. All I need to do is choose a cleaning time and set it up through ecovacs app and the little robot does the hoovering and I can just lay back and chill. It also does a good job of finding its way home because it automatically generated a map in its system after first time cleaning. I know many robots need manual interruption to find their way home because they do not have mapping function. It is quiet and it does the job amazingly. Thank you, thank you thank you. We are so happy we don't have a cord to move to every room, it tells us when it needs to be emptied. It cleans under every chair, couch and bed. It redocks itself when its full. I could not ask for more. Yes it was delivered promptly and in great condition.

The robot only works on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi & there are actually 2 ECOVACS apps for download. As luck would have it, I picked the wrong one. Once I got through these minor issues, the vacuum is great. I set it up to run twice a day. Once at night & once mid morning when I am at work. Our dog doesn't mind it. It does a good job picking up hair & dust. It transitions well to carpet. My Robot Vacuum Cleaner arrived about a month ago. I have used it almost daily since. We have new white tiles and everything shows up. It vacuums all the dust and any dead insects away. Then easy to empty and store for easy charging.In the mornings when I'm making a cup of tea and emptying the dish washer I set it off and away "Deevo" (that's our nickname for it) goes.I tried using the app, but didn't work for me, not sure why? But setting it on random works just fine.Definitely recommend it and am considering buying another one for the downstairs part of our house.

This was a mother's day gift and probably the best thing I have ever been given. I have q dog who sheds short hair all over and this definitely keeps the mess down. Surprisingly low profile and fits under our couches easily. I dump mine daily because of the amount of dog hair, but it could go every few days if it wasn't for that. It programs easily and the app is easy to navigate. I haven't used it on our longer carpet, but it works great on our hard floor and low rugs. Small rugs (like door mats) occasionally get caught in the sweeper, so I pick them up before bed and run it at night.
I recently installed Pergo flooring throughout my home and have needed something to do daily clean up since the flooring is dark and shows every dust bunny and particle of sand that lands on it.I’ve had Roomba and other robot vacuum cleaners but online reviews of this product (and the price) made me decide to give it a try.It works perfectly. It gets in corners no other robot I’ve had has been able to. It can do my entire downstairs (2,000+ sq feet) without needing to charge and is much smarter than any past cleaner I’ve tried.The app lets me know when there are issues, allows me to start it remotely AND let’s me know when the work is done.I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this and plan on getting one for the upstairs kids’ rooms.

I also really like the S pattern for our hardwood floors rather than the random pattern. The only nit picks are that it sometimes gets stuck on the edge of relatively low pile rug transitions from the hardwood, but it's not so frequent that we're always having to save his stranded little robotic rear end. So, I'm happy with it. It's a good solid product I'd recommend to my own mother. I'm sure there are fancier models out there, but this is a really solid option that does exactly what it says it will do.
