Edelrid Swift Protect Pro Dry 8,9mm 50m - Night-Fire

(36 reviews)

As the name suggests the Swift Protect Pro Dry 8.9 is based on the now-classic Edelrid Swift, this time though Eledrid has put the emphasis on cut protection while keeping the handling and specs virtually identical. They have added aramid to the sheath, which has a higher sheath percentage. They have kept the full dry treatment, and the Thermo Shield treatment makes it light and easy to handle. The combination of the Cut protection and the already excellent handling and lightweight this is going to be the absolute go-to Alpine rope, but it doesn't have to stop there it is the perfect climbing rope for those who don’t want to stop at just one type of climbing.
