Excellent sounding speakers, very light and easy to move. Sound great by themselves, on poles, as monitors or with subs. I leave all the eq flat, never really mess with the dsp, gains flat as well. They will not disappoint and have plenty of power. I've already bought another pair so I can play larger halls

Electro-Voice ZLX-15 2-wAY lOUDSPEAKER

Overall:Just bought these speakers ,high are very clear and no distortion but lack the bottom lows for a 15 in whoofer the sound is great iadded ev 18 powered sub and now it very good sound and lows. Speaker are great but add a sub to get the best sound . Light weight is a plus , hook up was easy. Havent played music on it much, but seems to be very nice. Much better then my 15 in peavey highs!!!!

Good quality Sound

These speakers have a great sound to them. The speakers have a great low response as well as well as the highs; The power amp is built in to the cabinet and they are still lightweight They are reasonably priced and they hold up to transport and use. The covers are a nice addition, with the storage pouch to keep the power cord as well as cutouts for the handles. I definitely recommend these speakers

Great Sound and Portable

Finally got my hands on a pair and I love them!!! They live up to the positive hype of all the other reviews that I have read about them. Light weight, portable, great sound. However I do have a couple minor things that I noticed that I'm not too thrilled about. The rubber handle to carry them is not so comfortable on the hands. Also I did notice a slight hiss when the music is off using only the microphones. Overall very pleased with the speakers.

Great sound and plenty of base!!

I have had these babies for over 2 years now and sound as good when first bought them, people loved the sound, and how clear everything comes across!! Been doing KJ for over 30 years and sound better than Peavey's!! The only problem is finding a powered mixer that can handle them, and not break you.

Great sound, easy transport!

I like most everything about these. Have used on their own just plugging a mic and guitar or sound track into the back. Mostly we run a small mixer to these which also works just great. The only thing it lacks in my opinion is blue tooth connection but for approx $50 you can purchase an add on that does that. Highs and lows reproduce very well but I did add a sub for a touch more coverage on the deep side.

Short range blue tooth

2 things. Very hight treble sound ( typical for pa speakers ) and the blue tooth range is literally 10-15 feet with no instructions. My advice, just buy the standard zlx and buy a blue tooth adapter. Otherwise I am happy with the purchase and would recommend them

The EV ZLX12BT is the Real Deal

This speaker serves as a monitor for streaming backing tracks, live vocals, acoustic guitar and electric guitar for a one man show. It is awesome and sounds so much better than the JBL EON Compact that I was using before.
