I was intimidated when I first received this product as it seemed there was a lot to learn and was scared to do anything wrong. After following all the instructions and quick start guide I had it up and running fairly quickly. It has a large water reservoir which is great for all the self-cleaning this machine does. It is so very simple to use and couldn't be happier. It has so many options for drinks. I love the container for the milk frothing which can go in the fridge between uses and love how easy it is to use. I love the how the grounds are collected and can be dumped and cleaned quickly. This machine now replaces several machines in my house having a separate coffee machine and specialty drink machine.

I am absolutely in love with this machine! The most challenging part for me was setting it up so my best advice for someone doing this- read the manual all the way through first. Everything is very clearly explained, but some points of setup are glossed over in the beginning steps and explained with more detail in later sections. We are absolutely in love with how we can just toss in our beans of choice and make cafe quality beverages. Espresso is our go to and this machine does a fantastic job. Less than a minute to enjoy espresso and we don't even have to leave the house. This is definitely the closest we have had to a professional machine and its a little power horse. The water reservoir is very large and is clear, so it's easy to see how much water is left in the tank.For all that it does, the machine is relatively compact; it is long from front to back, but narrow enough from side to side so as not to take up too much counter ...
