I eat way too much chocolate for a post menopausal woman, so I have to Bitter Melon!! This cuts the spikes in my blood sugar, and hopefully my insulin.Theres an improvement on my HG1AC, thank goodness. Take 2 a day or after a sugar meal take more. I find a huge benefit with it, great supplement that is well worth it.
I use Emerald Laboratories Bitter Melon to balance my sugar after a meal. So far there are no side effects and it seems to be working. I recommend this product.
The capsule size is small with the dosage is 500mg per each. The quality and ingredients are great. No taste. No smell. It can benefit to reduce the blood sugar levels.
