It smelled like Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother as it should since this is the capsule form of what you want but the odor was not over powering like some reviews said. A little more expensive but worth it for the quality.

ACV, while great for body health is really really bad for your teeth. Even diluted or gargling with water after drinking does not reduce the enamel damage by much. My daughter who is an oral surgeon, suggested if I have to have this, then to consider capsules that don't have a adverse effect on tooth enamel but, will do the job in the gut where it's needed.I like this brand because it's the only one I could find that is Raw, Not pasteurized, has "the mother" and is Organic. I haven't found another brand that has all this in capsule form. I hope Braggs with their liquid ACV, takes the hint and does something about creating capsules soon.

This is my first trial of apple cider vinegar in form of capsule. Convenient way to stay healthy. Easy to carry when I got short trip. Good quality. Ingredient is simple and direct. Quite a strong scent of vinegar but its easy to swallow as the capsule size is not too big. No bloating and doesn't feel any hurt to stomach. Will repeat purchase.

With the growth of age, the acidity of stomach acid gradually moves towards neutral, which will lead to: 1. The mineral absorption efficiency decreases. 2. The efficiency of protein digestion is reduced, and abdominal distension is easy. 3. Gastric acid reflux is easy. Suggestion: Take one capsule every other day, or take one capsule after overeating. Because I have been eating for half a month and feel the stomach is irritated, it is not recommended to take it three times a day.

Rather take the pill form instead of the liquid form since you won't get that weird aftertaste. The only thing is the price is quite high when buying this Apple Cider Vinegar pills but it does come with the mother and it's more effective than without. Helps me with weight loss

Good Quality Apple Cider Vinegar supplement

If you don't like the taste of vinegar, then these tablet form is a better alternative to take. It's one of the better quality brands. I didn't notice a lot changes or benefits, but made me less nauseaus during pregnancy. I only took these in my 2de and 3de trimester. Don't take these in your first trimester.

So much better than the liquid!

These are the best. It was difficult to find the all-natural with motherand at the correct dosage. This one's perfect, no taste, or aftertaste,and I can take it with just water before bed. My boyfriend and I have both noticed the difference since taking it. A little more energy, and less bloating, even after a meal. :)

The only One

I love Vitacost. I could not do ACV because of extreme acid reflux. I tried capsules but they did not have mother. there was no effect. for months I looked online. RIDICULOUS prices I could not afford (Senior Citizen). Then sudenly here they were. I am very pleased with them. I know the difference. I recommend them.
