I have tried numerous digestive enzymes brands and nothing beats Enzymedica as far as I’m concerned. I’ve had their Digest Gold, Digest Spectrum and the Original Digest. I take 15 minutes prior to a meal, especially when I go out to eat at restaurants, and you don’t know what might be added to your food that could challenge your digestion. I have been using this brand for years. I have also used their enzymes for fat digestion, it does not disappoint. The composition and quality of this brand is unmatched. I have yet to find another brand that is better than Enzymedica.

I purchased these as a plant-based supplement for my pancreatic enzyme deficiency. I have taken these same enzymes in a lower dose formula for months with good results. These seemed to work well, but after three days my BP shot through the roof. I take BP medication and normally test in the 120/80 zone, but I was at 160/90 and stayed there for over 24 hours! After some research, I discovered that the ATPro could have elevated my BP. It took 28 hours for the levels to return to normal after I stopped taking the supplement. I cannot say with 100% certainly that it was the supplement, but be cautious if you have high BP!

I love this supplement. Those with B-type blood can have difficulty digesting carbs leading to bloating and fullness. Taking this with higher carb count meals definitely worked to keep my stomach flat! It was amazing. I have been taking for several months with success. Recently, I've noticed some digestive changes (increased turbulence) so I did a little research and found an enzyme specifically for B-type blood. While this product worked excellent for many months and I couldn't be without it, I may have grown an immunity or tolerance to it, lending it less effective. I do highly recommend for anyone to try. As a GI nurse, Enzymedica, makes great products that work well for a variety of digestive issues.
I have never tried this brand Enzymedica before. I tend to have problems somewhere along the route of my digestive track but I’m still unsure exactly the root causes. after eat anything I often feel gases in my stomach and lots of burping. I sometimes take vinegar before I eat but that doesn’t seem to help the burping. I sometimes feel heavy and very full for hours longer than normal after eating a small to medium meal. I have only tried once more bottle of these but so far I think it does seem to help the burping. I have also tried the NOW foods enzyme one and they did make a difference with the burping and the bloating
11/2023 - I suffer from CFS Fibromyalgia. It does feel like this product helps with digesting fats and proteins (that otherwise are poorly digested in my case), with decreasing inflammation, but if you suffer from CFS (low energy levels, weakness..), be careful using it. I can take only 1 capsule a week in order to benefit from it! When I take it only once a week, it's OK. When I took the enzymes daily, the bleeding during the following period got MUCH heavier (there were no other changes but consuming the enzymes daily). It may affect others differently. Just be aware before consuming it daily.12/2023 - I will divide 1 capsule to 4-5 portions (using empty capsules) and check if that helps. Will update

This brand and particular product does help and I notice my stomach and intestinal comforts are better when I take it. I take one with each main meal and usually buy the biggest bottle to save in the long run. I bought these enzymes to help break down food, mainly in my small intestine and I believe if you want that to target your small intestine you need to take multiple capsules about 3/4 or look into an enzyme that reaches the small intestine or else you'll be down from 60 capsules to 10 in 1 week. These enzymes are good but I believe it's for bulk and people who want to eat more you know them gym freaks!
