Epson EcoTank ET-2810 Wireless Inkjet Printer (UK Plug)

Brilliant!!! - I wouldn't buy any other. I cannot recommend eco-tank highly enough. OK, they are expensive to buy initially but the ink (even Epson Original) works out to be so cheap that I don't have to even think about the cost of printing. This is the second Epson eco-tank printer that I have bought; the first is still going strong, years later but I needed a second one for elsewhere.Great service and prompt delivery from CCL.

A good replacement

My 3.5 year old Canon Pixma MG5750 started printing fuzzy. Numerous deep cleans and change of inks did not make it any better and so I decided a new printer scanner copier was needed. After searching and finding numerous products out of stock at suppliers I settled on the Epson Eco Tank ET-2810. It had good reviews and whilst a little more expensive I looked at the prices of replacement inks. The Epson. with its refillable tanks made economic sense. The price at Printerland was good along with 20 cashback and a 3 year warranty. Ordered one afternoon and it was with me the next day. Easy to set up apart from the WiFi with my phone but that was soon settled after turning my phone off and back on. Happy so far with the print quality and ease of use. Pros: Very easy set up via Bluetooth from my android phone. Printed first trial pages perfectly. I was initially a bit skeptical of transferring ink from bottles to tank, but found the process simple and mess free.Cons: Nothing so far, but I am only a light user. Time will tell if there may be any ink 'drying' problem? However, following advice, I will make sure to print something regularly to mitigate this.

Excellent Printer at an excellent price

An excellent printer with good media handling. To say it is cost-effective is an understatement with a full set of ink costing around 36.00 and producing approximately 7.5K and 4.5K colour prints. At time of purchase March 2022 I was also able to register for free a 3 year warranty. The print quality is good and it is easy to setup and manage.You should be aware that the paper is rear loading if you have minimal desk space or keep your printer underneath a desk - it may make it a little difficult to refill paper. There is no scan copy sheet feeder and it is manual not automatic duplex double-sided printing . For most people this will not be an issue.

Good Budget Eco Tank Printer

I am reviewing this Epson Eco Tank ET2810 Multifunction Printer with the price point in mind. I bought it as my old printer / scanner had stopped working altogether and I needed an affordable replacement. At the price, because of the Eco Tank, I decided it had to be the best option available for my budget. It is a lot lighter ( weight wise ) than I thought it would be and it does feel somewhat cheap. Having said that, everything functions as it should, and I have always had Epson printers, so I hoping to get a good few years out of it. The wireless set up was simple and dispensing the ink from the bottles ( supplied ) is easy with no chance of spillage, due to the well designed nozzles. I have only used the scanner a couple of times and, again, it does its job, although it is quite slow ( a lot slower than my old Epson SX 200 ) but the printer is fairly quick and the print quality, thus far, is very good. The replacement ink bottles seem to be available at a very decent price ( around 30 oem ) and a fair bit cheaper for compatible inks. In short, if you are in need of a new printer / scanner at a budget price and you wish to try the eco tank printers, this is a very good starting point. Overall, due to the price point, I definitely recommend this product.

I liked it so much I bought another straight away!

I LOVE THIS PRINTER. I was so fed up with the ink costs. I am creating things for a charity, some colouring books for kids and adults was the latest. But the cost on this new 'metered' use from certain suppliers is ridiculous, 4ppp at best compared with .003ppp with this! It's a no brainer! Is the quality good? I used to print high quality stickers and compared it to my fancier Canon and it was every bit as good and bright, needed high quality mode mind you. At 33ppm it rattles them out a treat, it doesn't take much paper at a time sadly, but for 99% of the things I wanted it for that was far from an issue. However, I was so thrilled by the seemingly huge tanks of ink you could swim in, I decided even though my new cannon is fine for inks etc, I would use Epson this for my bulk printing and since finding it was more than adequate for everything, it's a great second and ink I can afford, frankly that's a great weight off my mind and more money to the charity and not in a certain printer companies pocket. I should mention there are no fancy LCD screen and you have to press a few buttons, butthat's all second nature now and it's all good. So, I ordered a second one and did convert it to a sublimation printer. It was a bit messy in parts but easy enough as long as you have the right tools to do the job. So do I recommend, YES I DO!

Had I done the same on my old printer I would already be having to replace cartridges. Replacement ink for the Ecotank is very reasonably priced.The simple top feed system for paper minimises moving parts and renders paper jams less likely. Outstanding printer

My last printer was an Epson ET-2710 which was great, I fancied an updated version and oh boy it's equally impressive. Easy to set up, comes with four bottles of ink (most manufacturers just supply enough to get you started). Excellent value as you'll soon realise when you find out you're not constantly buying cartridges as this printer is ink bottle fed and, trust me, Epson ink lasts for ages. Not heavy at all. Printing speed is very good, too. Cant see any customer being disappointed with this product

Pros: Easy to set up, quiet, no mess with ink tanks, good quality printing and quite fast too.Cons: No manual available, had to search for this online, took some time to get the drivers set up on my laptop and smartphone, very difficult to print large documents double sided as it prints them odd and even and it is difficult to know when to run over the pages. It did them all in the wrong order a few times!! Eventually, I managed to do this on a small 3 page document, but wasted lots of paper in the process.

Pros: good print qualityseems to be economical with inkCons: problems setting up to print from chrome book despite claiming to be compatible.This printer is not listed in the set up procedure for chromebooks so is not compatible with chrome native printing.The only way I can find to print from a chrome book is to save the print to google drive and then use epson i print and cloud printing to pick up the saved file. this works but is quite slow and cumbersome.
