This is my first time purchasing Essence but it seems to be a great brand. I have fair skin and the matte pink shade on the bottom left is absolutely gorgeous above the eyelid. All of the shimmering shades look beautiful on the eyelid. I wore the eyeshadow all day outside and it didn't smudge. Great purchase.

I’m 51 and don’t have the lovely smooth skin of youth but still prefer the subtlety of matte shadows. This is unbelievable value and quality for the price, but as a note, do apply a primer or concealer or similar before applying to give longevity. I wore this easily for 8 hours in heat, sweat and general rushing about. So impressed I’m going to purchase the Rose palette. I have been so impressed with everything from essence for this price point. A classic saviour for the makeup bag.

I absolutely love this palette. I love nudes and browns in eyeshadow and this combination of colours all complement each other beautifully. I love the selection of matte, pearly and shimmery eyeshadows and they all blend together perfectly. I use a good quality eyeshadow brush to apply and blend and it couldn’t be easier to get a professional finish. The price is great, at under $9.00 you can’t go wrong and the quality and pigment is really good too.I will be buying this eyeshadow palette again, it’s a winner for me and I would recommend it
I got this because I was looking for a nudey pink eyeshadow pallet but it has no pigment at all. And I'm super pale so I can't begin to think how bad it will look and darker skin. It also has a lot of fall out too. It's just not very good imo, there's better products out there then this one.

I was strangely drawn to this and only went in for eyebrow pencils, all colours are so blendable. I use the shimmery pale beige gold on the lid, which makes the eye look youthful and pop, blend with matte taupe to 'lift' the centre strip out to the upper corner, finish with the shimmery lightest shade on inner corner to brighten & widen, and highlight highest point of arch to finish....and WOW voila I have a perfectly anti aged looking, lifted eye! It looks SO natural and youthful and if you wanted it to look intense for a nightime look that's perfectly achievable. I finally got around to using this palette. OMG. I used it on New Years look and it performed beautifully. I think Essence is such a great brand and so affordable. The quality was outstanding and blended effortlessly. I am so excited with my look and look forward to using the palette again. I think I will purchase the green one.
I love this color palette, the colors look beautiful on! However, I already wore one color down, seemed to go down really fast. But it could of been me, I like to apply the glittery ones with my finger, so maybe I was a little to heavy handed will try another one and see.
I wasn't expecting perfection, especially at this price point. I was extremely pleasantly surprised at the beautiful, strong pigmentation with these. The shimmers and glitters are bold and easily applied. The mattes are smooth and pigmented. They all blend like a dream. 10 out of 10 certainly recommend!
I bought this palette out of curiosity. I was looking for a nude palette for that 'no makeup' look and this one had good reviews. I can say that having used it now - it is excellent value for money as it has lovely natural colours that have a good level of colour payoff.
